So happy that Sézane opened up their pop up shop on Fillmore St! They are set to open up until January 8th. It is super spacious inside and I love the items that they have curated and showcased in their pop up shop. One thing to note is that they do not have all their items in stock as they are a pop up so it's important to do your research on the website on what you like and want to get. For additional sizes you can ask the staff to see if they have them in stock in the back. If they do not have the item in store, you can order it in store and they will express ship it to you at no added cost. Another thing to note is that they are credit card only (at least when I was there) and they do not do exchanges or gift receipts. Their style is definitely more casual chic and there's a lot of very earthy colors like copper, brown, white, and green.

After a 2 hour wait and complimentary (half/half) lavender honey+ strawberry ice-cream, we were allowed to browse an-already crowded Fillmore store. Loved: * Separate, theme-based shelves: from classics (stripes, trench coats, white tees) to feminine floral sections. * Materials: cotton, wool (recycled fibers) Shoes: classic loafers, leather sole italian made boots. Skipped: * Jewelry section - most of the pieces are chunky and/or colorful. I wear mostly gold and silver so this was definitely not "my cup of tea" * Bags: a little too equestrian (I am a Proenza Shouler/contemporary bag style aficionado)

Visited sézane on a Sunday afternoon about a week after opening. There was a line to get in that stretched just past the neighbor's door when we arrived and it was about a 30 minute wait to get in. The store is just as gorgeous as it's others in Paris and London. The customer service is fantastic. The staff go above and beyond to help you get sizes, colors etc. Of whatever you are looking for. If they don't have what you want in store, they can have it ordered and shipped to you. They carry eau sézane which is my absolute favorite fragrance and you cannot purchase it online. I stocked up and was so happy they had the limited edition bottles available. I was so excited my purchase included a lovely reusable tote! I will definitely pay them another visit before the pop up ends in January.

Sézane is one of my favorite Parisian-based brands, and I was ecstatic to find out that they'd have a pop-up in San Francisco until the end of December 2022. I attended the VIP grand opening party a few weeks ago and had the most incredible experience. The store itself is as beautiful and feminine as the Sézane locations in New York City and Paris, and included many items and sizes from the Fall collection. Most of my wardrobe is from Sézane and ordered online, so it was nice to try the clothes on in person, feel the fabrics, and take my time browsing through the selection. Since I attended the VIP party, I enjoyed gifts and delicious French treats while I shopped. I hope that Sézane will find a permanent home in San Francisco someday.

Incredibly rude staff didn't say a word to me when I walked. Horrible selection compared to online, why even have the physical store.

Really lovely people working this store! Limited stock but they have more in the back than you'd realize, and all of the staple pieces.

Do they sell shoes at this location?

Yes! They have wonderful high quality shoes!

Just to confirm they are open on January 7th, 2023? Lots of posts stating they close January 8th - just wanting to make sure!

I DM the on Instagram and they said that they're not closing now

Does anyone what their hours are? It used to say they were open daily but their website now says they are closed Mondays.

The Sézane San Francisco pop-up location is open from Tuesday - Saturday, 11am - 8pm, and Sunday, 12pm - 5pm. They're closed on Mondays.

Strap on my sneakers and walk, walk, walk. Unfortunately for my feet and back, my sneakers of choice are Converse. I have no less than 10 pairs, but not one of them is suitable for the type and volume of walking I'm doing now. I could have easily gone to a DSW or Foot Locker for walking shoes, but knowing myself I would have spun into a spiral of analysis paralysis, second-guessing, and doubt. Instead, I decided to visit On The Run, which I knew about from a former boss who was very particular about her footwear due to her own orthopedic issues. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by sales associate Rahnsom. He led me to a chair and began asking exploratory questions to get a sense of my needs. He took measurements and had me walk around a bit in my socks to see what my feet and ankles were doing. With this information he was able to immediately pull 4 shoes that fit perfectly. He helped me into each pair and had me walk around the store and go up and down a little hiking simulator to test how they felt. He chose very well. Out of the first three pairs, I could have easily walked out with two of them and been happy. Even the pair that I would have passed on was comfortable but a little too high for clumsy me. When I tried on the fourth pair, though, the Goldilocks in me knew that these shoes were just right. Regarding pricing, my particular pair of New Balance was $199. Coming from a Converse budget that may have seemed high, but I was determined to invest in my comfort and safety. Additionally, I place great value on the personalized service and information that Rahnsom provided. Had I gone to a "regular" retail store, I am certain I would have wasted money on the wrong shoe. For example, I had zero idea I was actually an 8 wide. I would have bought a size 9 shoe like I usually do then would have suffered - like I usually do - with a pair that was still too narrow in the front but with my heels moving up and down in the back as I walk. Out of curiosity I just checked online for prices elsewhere on my shoes and I consistently found them at $199. So, in my personal experience so far, On The Run isn't necessarily pricier than other stores. Even if it is, I can't put a price on being able to find the perfect shoe for my situation, in record time and with zero angst and indecision.

For a store like this in a city like this I can see why they'd be cautious or would fully neglect to answer questions on the items they have in stock. It's better to go in. Customer service was cool. It wasn't a busy day and I got to try on some shoes I was interested in. There was one pair though that wasn't on the shelf and I didn't know it was some popular release. Apparently they were the Dime x Asics and the person who won never came to pick them up. They're a nice basic shoe. I'd say if you pay attention to subtle details you'd like the slight brown ombre on the shoe. Anyway, after trying on AJ1 lows that were comfy, and another pair of AJ1Mids in women's that I would have bought had they been available in my actual size and not a half size down, I walked out with the Asics. Customer service was great because the associate helping me was actually helpful. They brought me the shoes I wanted and after small talk it seemed like they picked up on the fact that I'm a bit of a sneaker lover, hence the recommendation for the shoes that were a collab and sold out everywhere release. I'm glad they were in my size. Also, they gave me the info to find the shoes that I wanted in my size on their website. Anyway, cool store and cool location.
