Rocking this awesome dress with my bestie
    Margot K.

Logan and I hang together probably about once a week at the Palo Alto store at this point. I find it difficult to describe the level of stylish, soft, dope AF, and beautiful that literally everything in this store is. The 365 day return policy is so kind and humane, and everyone who works in a marine layer (and I've been to all the Bay Area ones) is kind, honest, engaging, and cool. Might have found a future electrical engineering intern through an awesome ML employee in SF. They tell me when I am NOT pulling off a look, and when I slay. My boyfriend regularly says "marine layer is by far my favorite brand, god I wish we could buy stock and invest in them" and he's extra snuggly in the clothes I foist on him (which is secretly selfish). For the holidays everyone is getting marine layer. I'll be like a cheerful holiday Oprah "soft clothes for you! Coziness for YOU!!" Check it out, shop local, support his small business full of kind peeps and get cozy. Most recently I had an issue with some returns, and Quinn in customer service was incredible in helping me get to the bottom of it and get a refund right away. Thanks Quinn! Love this business so very much.

Amazing boutique. Love the colors so much. Friendly helpful staff just like others have described. Truly appreciate them. I just love the color and design. Pricey but the fabric really is nice.

If you suffer from option paralysis and sticker shock like me, you might like the mystery tee vending machine! You pay a discounted price for a random shirt. No I do not have a gambling addiction.

Love this store! Price point is a tad too high (think $140 for a basic flannel shirt) but the collection is classy and items will last a long time in the wardrobe. Everyone at the store is nice and helpful!

Why the fuss???? Clothing is fine. Glad it's US Made, that's cool. But it's nothing special, limited selection and very pricey.

From funky, modern cookbooks to cute stuffed animals, purses, youthful and quirky women's clothes, beautiful silk scarves, and feminine jewelry (including real gold earrings!), to lots of fun cards for any occasion (including Jewish holidays, which is important to me!), socks with funny sayings on them, hipster aprons, soaps, candles, fun tchotchkes of all sorts, there's a LOT to delight in inside this wonderful store! I would call it WHEELCHAIR-ACCESSIBLE, because the entry is definitely accessible, and if anything isn't, the employees go out of their way to move things and make it accessible! Their attitudes in general are very friendly and helpful, as is that of the owner (it's a woman-owned store!). Therapy doesn't close until 7:30 pm, which gives you plenty of time to run in for a birthday card and gift after you leave work and are on your way to a friend's birthday party! This cute and curated shop was was established in 2019 and mainly focuses on San Francisco-themed items and sells unique tote bags, pins, stationery, greeting cards, mini print vending machines, original artwork, home goods (e.g. scented candles), accessories, etc. This small shop carries items from 100+ brands and independent artists. This shop was quite an unexpected find and it really reminded me of some gift shops in Los Angeles that rent shelf space to independent artists and creators to showcase their work. Overall this is a great gift shop to stop by for anyone who's looking for a one-of-a-kind gift. The staff is friendly and the variety of bags and accessories is always exciting to browse through. I ended up getting the Black Medium Cargo Crossbody. It can fit a water bottle, my sunglass case, phone, wallet, keys, and more! It's a really good size and I was impressed at how much can fit in it. I also like that it was made our of recycled material. It was around $56, so the price point isn't that bad esp cause I know the quality is good. My only small complaint is that there aren't enough mirrors in the store--it can be tricky to see how a bag looks when you're wearing it. A few more mirrors would make the shopping experience even better. Still, a great store and I'll definitely be back!

I'd say the prices are comparable to Cath Kidston, Vera Bradley, LeSportsac, and Kipling, but Baggu offers better designs at possibly a lower cost. I recently visited the store for my birthday, which was exciting since I've always purchased online through Facebook, Mercari, Depop, and Poshmark. I'm thrilled with my purchase! The staff were very helpful in applying my 10% off coupon for first-time email subscribers, and they assisted me in selecting the perfect placement for my bag--a detail I really appreciated. If you love Baggu, I highly recommend visiting their store, but be prepared--it's surprisingly small!
