Their rings are adjustable, so good for those with chubbier fingers. Tyuake Tyoke is a shoe line. They have shoes with mirrors on the heel. They run small, I don't think they go beyond a size L. Aqua Doll is a wig line. Listen Flavor has a more casual feel to their clothes. Most of their shirts, jackets, and hoodies are oversized so if you are plus size, you will probably appreciate the sizing. Listen Flavor has a lot of pastel colored pieces so if you like the Fairy Kei Look, this would be a good line. They also have gothic themed items too like cute demon bunnies. The store is also having more events which is a plus if you want to meet others in the Lolita community. You are able to buy tickets after purchasing a certain amount of merchandise. The week before Valentine's Day, they had a novelty fair (gift with purchase). I ended up with a cute pass case, perfect to put my clipper card in. However, I was put off by how expensive everything was. That's too be expensive with this kind of imported clothing, but I wish I could afford it! Went in the other day because I've been seeing their advertisements everywhere and wanted to check out the product. At first, I only saw one size on the floor but the sales associate informed me that they do have multiple sizes in the back. After trying on a "try on" shirt to get my size- the rest of the process was very easy. I just picked out a few shirts I liked and I was done. For a guy like me who doesn't want to spend too much time shopping- it turned into a very easy process. The staff was nice and I didn't think anyone in there was trying to push me to buy- the shirts sell themselves. Ill be back! read more

Just went in today- the sales associates were very helpful and explained how the whole process works in store (which helped a lot considering it was my first time!) Not sure why people are saying they don't have all sizes - the girls working mentioned they could always have the correct size sent to me as a second option which I thought was a nice touch! I felt very welcomed and am happy they are in my neighborhood- they even honored the online code for me in store as well. My husband and I are happy they are in SF! She also didn't help order online when they didn't have an item. Just said "you can do it on your phone ". When I asked if I had done something to offend her, she said, "No, you're fine," but failed to recognize the clear discomfort in the interaction. No customer service at all. I mean, it's a pretty nice job - why the nasty attitude towards customers? I'm kicking myself for not asking to work with someone else--why put myself through that when I'm a loyal customer? I still ended up purchasing six items, and the rudeness continued through checkout. The attitude came across as entitled and was completely out of place in an otherwise positive store. Plus she was really no help at all.

I thought it wouldn't be a big deal at all to take them into the store for repair since Bloomingdale's closed. I said that I had reviewed their website and there was no time limit. The jeans were about 2.5 years old. He refused to take them and said I'd have to contact corporate for assistance because those were the "guidelines received from corporate." Honestly, how big of a deal is it to repair a hole that is the size of a dime? These jeans are not cheap. He was just being obstinate. I did contact corporate, send them photos as per their request, and they promptly gave me a store credit equaling the price I paid. I sent the jeans back to them. I wasted so much time and effort trying to get the store to assist me. Never again. My brand new jeans arrived from corporate and they are perfect.

While on vacation in Las Vegas, I discovered that a merchandise return card from a return I made at the Geary location had an issue. After multiple calls, I was connected with Martin, and the moment he said, "I'm going to make this right," I immediately felt a sense of relief--though I honestly didn't know what to expect. What followed was true leadership and customer advocacy. Martin quickly recognized that this was a very unique situation, took the time to review the details, and validated that I had indeed done everything correctly. He didn't rush the conversation, didn't deflect responsibility, and never once made me feel doubted or dismissed. Instead, he got straight to work, kept me informed throughout the entire process, and remained calm, kind, and transparent the whole way. Despite the complexity of the issue--and the fact that it required real effort on his end--Martin treated my concern as a priority. Within a short time, he fully resolved the situation and ensured that I received the correct merchandise credit. What could have been an incredibly stressful and disappointing experience was completely turned around because of his professionalism and integrity. This is the kind of service that builds trust and loyalty. Banana Republic is incredibly fortunate to have Martin leading the Geary Street location. This new location is smaller and it feels more like a well kept boutique store. The staff is really helpful and friendly. It only has 2 levels, the women's clothing is on the first floor and men's clothing is on the second floor. To keep the store looking streamlined they only have a few sizes for each item on the display racks and I'm sure they will have your size in the back storage. Their current fall collection is incredible. I love the going back to the classic style for men - tweets and herringbone sports coats, button down knit polos, and a lot of cashmere. These type of staple items will have you looking good in the winter and fall for a lifetime. My wife and I wanted to buy the whole store. I was wearing jeans today, but other to that, I only wear Traveler Pants. I mean with EVERYTHING. These pants fits so well they make everything you wear look good. I mean you can actually replace the pants of a black formal suit with a black Traveler pants and be a mismatch color tone formal/casual superstar. Ah just wear some really nice black shoes.
