I bought 2 shirts from this place sometime back. Unfortunately, one of those shirts was Final Sale and the store employees had not mentioned that to me when I was purchasing the garment. The employee was very rude to me when I was returning the shirts and gave me store credit instead of a full refund. I clearly mentioned to them that they did not tell me it was Final Sale and there was no board or label to indicate that as well. I feel cheated and lied to and will not be shopping here because of the employees. The shirts were good quality, but just didn't go with what I had wanted to wear for an event. read more

Number listed on their website (888) 992-3102 for support is a call center in India trying to give away $200 gift card for walmart and asking for personal information. This company is a scam, all I wanted to do is return the shirts for a different size and the return code is only for $78 on a $100 shirt. So basically I would need to pay an additional $40 just to exchange the shirts. * UPDATE !! Company responded to my emails and notified me that the number is 1+ (888) 992-3102. And the scam company is aware of this common mistake and acts like UNTUCKit. They also provided me with a code to fix the %20 difference between the shirts to solve the return problem. read more

Fit is good. Quality is okay but not worth the price charged. My biggest complaint is lost items during shipping. I ordered $110 shirt over a month ago. UNTUCKit did NOT make it right. They tried to blame their shipper and sent me off to deal with them. UNTUCKit did not stay behind delivery of a product that is still missing. I've wasted well over $110 of my time trying to locate this shirt. Very disappointed! read more

We wondered in to UNTUCKit last weekend without expectations - I had seen some ads for the product but didn't know much about it. My husband has a hard time finding shirts that fit -- he's 6'2" with broad shoulders and a long torso and shirts just typically don't fit well. Until we found this store! He was able to try on a variety of sizes and lengths in a comfortable setting - while he was in the dressing room, I was offered bottled water while I waited on the comfy couch. He ended up finding a perfect size for his frame, and then we were shown a look-book with the patterns available in his size. As we were checking out (he selected two shirts), they offered us a bourbon tasting which is part of the experience -- it was before noon so we politely declined but that was a first for us while shopping! Multiple staffers helped us during our time in the shop -- and they were all just super nice and great conversationalists. We ended up talking with every single staffer in the store at some point during our visit. Not only did we find what we were looking for, but as we were finalizing our order, the store manager asked one of the staff to pull a couple shirts from the back -- they had my husband try them on, and they ended up giving them to him for free! The shirts were discontinued try-on samples - but they were virtually brand new, and they weren't going to re-sell them. Such a nice gesture that truly made us customers for life! All in all, such a great customer experience, especially when shopping for clothes for my husband typically ends in frustration. We look forward to visiting their other stores in LA and Las Vegas. Love this store! Joel was so helpful and friendly, he was so kind training Jordon. He was able to send an out of stock shirt right to our house. Taylor was really engaged and pours a lovely cup of whisky. Michael was very knowledgeable about the whiskey and we had a quick conversation while we were being rung up. But the best part was the value pak coupon that came in the mail when we got home. The staff honored it and we saved about $20. read more

I love this store. I have seen the ads and was so excited to go shopping on Union Street. The staff was great and took the time to help me understand how the sizing worked. They have an amazing selection. The quality is much better than I expected and the prices were reasonable. It was nice to buy a fresh shirt that other people had not tried on. The new Store Manager Michelle was super helpful and Jordan was really friendly. Since I have lost some weight it was nice to get some shirts that fit well and will look nice un-tucked. I am looking forward to going back and getting a few sweaters for the winter! read more

My first time ever shopping UNTUCKit. Aside from the amazing quality of clothing, the customer service is excellent. Norma greeted me immediately upon entry and asked if I had ever shopped the brand before. Being my first time, I didn't know what to expect. I just randomly came across this location and wanted to check it out. Immediately I was greeted by a Friendly face, a manager named Noreene. She explained me the layout of the store and also was training a young gentleman (Jayden, I hope I got your name correct). The store was neat and clean and I was able to find what I was looking for within less than 5 min. The entrie store staff was welcoming and engaging. I was in the area and decided to stop by, and boy am I glad I did. I walked in and every staff member greeted me. I easily found my size and was able to look at a selection of shirts they had in stock. Mike, the store manager, was very helpful in helping me figure out what shirts I liked and helped me sort through their inventory to find what I was looking for. I'll definitely be back! I showed up about a 1/2 hour before closing looking to buy a gift for a colleague who had recently gone thru a divorce. The shop assistant (Joel) waited on me and I was pretty underwhelmed by his customer service. He was bored and uninterested and the thought of going back there to shop in the future isn't something ill probably do.... that aside I was also annoyed by the fact that the store didn't have a relaxed fit shirt to try on or compare to the stocked sized "slim" or "Regular" I was having trouble deciding what size to buy my friend so I asked to measure the chest and waist but they didn't even have a measuring tape (seriously guys this is a basic thing for a shirt shop) I did decide on and buy 5 shirts but even then the shop assistant was pretty blasé (they must not be on commission)... my colleague I bought the shirts for was delighted with the selections and fit and he ended up being the recipient of four of the five shirts... I did keep one for myself and I like it well enough but I can duplicate this fit, color & fabrication across many different brands-all & all I'd give the selection a C+ (it's a pretty mature fabric selection & super preppy) visual merchandising a D- the way Shirts were organized wasn't effective nor was it clear and why this grouping was here and that grouping was there they need some help in this area in addition, they need more mannequins and visual aids in store....service I'd give them a C- but that's typical these days but when I'm paying $100 bucks a shirt I expect quite a bit more Don't expect to shop in store again and I'm a maybe online but my colleague will definitely shop there again but perhaps the 60 Years old make IS their Demographic read more

I generally don't review places, but after having such a wonderful experience the other day, I just had to share. I was greeted immediately by a super helpful woman who new my size just by glancing at me and even offered me a drink! All the shirts are super comfy and fit the EXACT same way. Once we got my size, we literally just walked around picking colors...super easy! Walked away with 5 awesome shirts and a nice glass of whiskey...will definitely be back! read more

I am giving this store 5 stars for their great customer service. So the way they have you try shirts on is a little odd (they don't want you trying on different shirts, just one for size and then pick the fabric). I ended up getting 2 shirts in my bag that didn't fit when I got home and I live in Napa so it's not close. I called and Michael was so helpful. He apologized and immediately put two new shirts in the mail via FedEx and I had the right sizes in a day! I got a return label as well the sent the wrong sizes back with no issue. They really saved me a trip back just to exchange the shirts and it was with ease! Will definitely be back to shop again! read more

Not worth wasting gas and parking meter money getting there. They NEVER have all the sizes available nor are the shirts one size fits all as they claim to be. If you're a "cookie cutter" guy, perhaps, then you can fit into the "cookie cutter" shirts they sell, like the rat (NOT kidding! A real rat, as in the animal, YIKES!) that was also shopping the day I was there. Also, the sales people will try to "push" you into something you'll deeply regret (style-wise, quality-wise, and price-wise). I was helped by a woman named Norma, who sized me and gave me an overview of all the styles/options within ten minutes of arriving to the store. Once she learned what style I was looking for, she even pulled out a few options from the back that were no longer out on display (and I bought one of them). I had gone to the LA store and was very disappointed in the customer service. I didn't feel I was taken care. I returned the 7 shirts I bought in LA at the SF store. Michael was very helpful and offered very good customer service in helping me go from medium slim to medium, which is more of my size. He exchanged all shirts, we replaced them with mostly the same and a few others. There was also an extra 30% off for Labor Day and he helped me find the right ones, he saved me money as well. Good store, good customer service and I like the shirts etc. It did cost me a bridge toll and parking, but it was worth it. read more

I was recently introduced to Untuckit through receiving a shirt as a gift from a family member. Very happy to be introduced! I am very tall with slim build, and I've always been challenged to shop for a good-looking shirt that fits my body type. I have always preferred to wear my shirts untucked to balance the look of my long legs, but I have usually had to compromise with looks, size, price or quality. I was thoroughly pleased when walking into Union St location for first time. I was greeted with helpful and friendly sales team. Having seen the ads on TV, and loving the crisp, tailored look of an "untucked" shirt that isn't too long, I "made" my husband visit the store with me. Customer service was great. Stopped by this store the other day to take a look because I've been needing some new shirts for casual wear and a friend recommended this place. The store reps were super helpful! Answered all my questions but still gave me space to look around. Found a bunch of shirts in my size and not having to tuck them in is so nice.
