One of the most interesting stores in this mall, super spacious, artsy, perfect color coordination. Some Japanese fabric-we speak quality vibes and a sense of general organized beauty. Pricey but you can see mostly quality items. The store is elegant, nicely presented and somehow reminds me of the cool Zara of the 90s in Barcelona.

This review is a very honest opinion of my first in-store experience at Ariztia UTC/La Jolla location as I have only ever shopped online from them. The service of most of the staff is not genuine at all hence, the 3 stars. First impressions, I was not welcomed at all in the store until I had about 5 to 6 items in my hand. The vibe of most of the employees who were in their early-mid twenties were very judgemental. Um, how do I say this... I wasn't dressed very "on-brand" so they kind of were giving me the side eye the whole shopping experience. I read a similar review on Yelp about this location who described the employees as very "Mean Girls move-ish" IYKYK. *HOWEVER, the employee (Phoebe) who did greet me was very pleasant so 5 stars for your customer service. As far as quality of the brand - 5 stars: I love that they are thick and sewn well. However, SOME pieces can be over priced for what they are (bodysuits for example) but I know that's not something the actual store itself can control. I still bought them since I am paying for quality. They do have sales starting at 40% - 60% off just FYI if you're a first timer to the brand. As far as ambiance and design of the store which is the same for all their stores nationwide: their fitting rooms are pretty big. The downside is they do not have any mirrors inside the actual fitting room you are in. You have to walk out to the shared expansive floor to ceiling mirrors. There is a myriad of natural light in store which I love. I do like how easy check out as and how they bag your items and wrap everything. Overall, to whomever is reading this, I surely hope you do not have the same experience I had with pretty much being judged. I'll probably shop at the Costa Mesa location when I'm in the area to see how their staff is compared to this store in UTC/La Jolla since I have an office in Irvine nearby their Costa Mesa location. I'll probably stick to online shopping with this brand and just pick up items in store at this location if need be.

Does the store allow customers to try on clothing in dressing rooms?

Yes! However, most the fitting rooms do not have a mirror. Instead, Aritzia has large mirrors along their walls outside of their fitting rooms for you to check out the clothing.… Read more

Every time I come down to San Diego to visit my daughter, I usually stop by Westfield UTC. I really…read morelike this place because it's clean, nice, and there are a lot of food options, so we can just walk around, relax, do a little shopping, and eat all in one area. There are a few restaurants here that I personally like, especially Din Tai Fung and Haidilao. There's also Starbucks and plenty of other spots depending on what you're in the mood for. The whole area just has a comfortable vibe to it compared to a lot of other malls. Parking has honestly never been too difficult for me either. Even when it gets busy, I can usually still find a spot without too much trouble.

Apocalyptically awful parking lot!…read more This parking lot is a chaotic, soul-crushing labyrinth that may very well be the single worst design I've encountered in my 79 long, well-traveled years on this planet. Upon entering, you're handed a cheerful little ticket promising a free first hour--how generous! What they don't tell you is that you'll spend roughly two-thirds of that hour trapped in a slow-moving purgatory just trying to escape. You've got about 20 blissful minutes to enjoy yourself before trying to join the line of cars that moves slower than a sloth on melatonin. I genuinely cannot tell if the exit gates are malfunctioning, cursed, or if the drivers ahead of me were participating in some sort of cognitive endurance experiment. Multiple cars took a baffling 4-5 minutes each at the gate--an interaction that should take about 10 seconds unless you're attempting to solve a Rubik's cube while blindfolded. By the time I escaped, I had aged another decade. I will absolutely never return to this parking lot. Bring a helicopter. Hope this helps.

Suede... lined with shearling, with more shearling on the cuffs and collar. Designed by Mother, $450. I wanted to take it home with me. Then I checked the label... 100% polyester. Anthropologie, what on earth are you doing selling an almost $500 after taxes jacket that's made of plastic??? I walked around and so many things were a similar circumstance. Who is curating these stores?? People don't come into Anthropologie to buy trash bags and get a headache and burning lungs from air freshener or whatever it is they pump into the air. Bring back the integrity of the store. Otherwise, you're just a severely overpriced SHEIN, Temu, Amazon. The girls who worn here are always nice though, not their fault corporate is ruining the brand.

I was at Westfield University Town Center (UTC) and happened to see Anthropologie so I had to come in here to find out. Well, it's basically a clothing store with some knick knacks of decor and household goods. I find the clothing designs to be ultra hip. It's not quite my clothing style, but I can see how it gives a slick and smooth appeal. Love the colors! I spent some time perusing the perimeter. I normally don't look at the staff unless I have to ask them a question. Funny, I found myself being looked at LOL. Maybe the wardrobe I was wearing at the time speaks its own style and uniqueness that didn't fit with Anthropologie's brand. It's all good. I don't take offense. They can look all they want. Anyway, I didn't buy anything, but it was a nice stroll through the store though.
