The worst customer service I have ever experienced from a "high-end boutique" came from THE OWNER, Jessica. They have a very strict return policy and when I tried to return a pair of jeans the owner went off on me and acted like I was an idiot for trying to make the return. I was never informed of their return policy. When I was checking out, I said that I would try them on at home and return them if they weren't to my liking. Silence. I acknowledged my mistake and told her that I now understood the return policy. The owner still continued to berate me and treat me like a child in front of other store customers. I was then forced to cut her off and raise my voice and say "I really love shopping here and have spent a lot of money at your store, I don't appreciate your tone with me." She then went on to search my name in their system to verify how much money I had spent over time at the boutique. I am absolutely appalled by the owner Jessica. I would love to continue supporting this local business, however I will be shopping at Pink Lagoon, other local boutiques, or online. Reading the other negative reviews on Yelp, it sounds like I'm not the only person who feels this way about their customer service. It's such a shame when brick and mortar stores treat their loyal customers this way, when what they sell is not unique or exclusive in any way. I can buy anything in their store on Shopbop with unlimited returns, two day Prime shipping, and exceptional customer service, always. Goodbye Tucci. I can't even explain my frustration with the lack of customer service . My husband got me charms mid January with gold hoop earrings. I didn't like the charms and he was told I can return them if I didn't like them but didn't tell him he had a week to return them, the charms also were over 200 each. Between then and now I unfortunately (due to health reasons and having kids) couldn't make my way to return them till now. I come in expecting at least store credit and they flat out said , "sorry no, we can't do anything for you. You sure you don't like them?" Yes I'm sure I don't like them. I was so mad because (a) what return policy is this these days (b) no effort to help remediate the situation and take responsibility for not informing my husband he had a week to return (c) the lack of giving a F about the situation was I upsetting . I just would never support a place who has such shitty customer service read more

If you are shopping for a WOW outfit- this is the place! I just bought a top here that I will probably wear so much, my friends will call it "the uniform". It is a pricey store but they really have gorgeous clothing and jewelry you can't get anywhere else. read more

I love coming to Tucci! No where else in SD has a better hip and upscale mix of brands that they carry. I know I'll be one of a kind and no department store will have what I get so I love it! I placed an order for three items on July 27. I received 2 items 6 weeks later and the final item seven weeks after the order. The third item is NOT what I ordered. I ordered what looked like a gorgeous blouse. So disgusted and will never order from them again. What a waste of time and money. I'd ask or demand a refund,but I know it would never happen. Beautiful clothes, with high prices to match. But BAD store policies. They have two locations now, both in North county coastal area. One in Solana Beach, and one near Del Mar. They unfortunately have the worst return policy around. Store credit only, even if you turn around and bring it in five seconds after you walk out of the store with it and it has a flaw; AND the credit can only be used in the store where you originally purchased the item... even though they have TWO locations, about three miles apart, with completely different merchandise selections. Make sure you LOVE your purchase and that it has absolutely NO FLAWS on it, because they will not give you your money back! read more

Tucci is located on Cedros and I think this is the most stylish and upscale store in Solana Beach. Nice selection from fave designers including Philip Lim, DVF, Seaton - along with nice premium denim selection. The owner Jessica has great taste and style. I try to pick up items on sale for maximum savings. read more

They are well worth the 2 hour drive or when I can't make the drive they have great sales people who work with me over the phone to send me what I need. Two girls working here caused my mother to leave in tears. She walked into the store and shortly left since the girls working actually pointed and snickered at her. My mom believes this it was because of how she was dressed. Upon leaving, they condescendingly said "oh, good bye!". I really love the beautiful clothing Tucci offers ,however , its is unfortunate tucci's return policy is so ridiculous. I recently bought a Kain label T for $90 i know, i know, too much to pay for a t shirt. I literally wore it once ... when i realized it had a hole. When i tried to return it (with my receipt) much to my surprise Tucci would not honor the return. That is the last time i EVER buy anything from this store and i am a frequent customer. Tucci could care less about customer loyalty. I will caution my friends not to purchase anything from this shop. I feel like i just flushed $90 down the toilet.. I love this store! They always have really unique clothes. For me, it's all about having something that no one else has. Even if they are from fairly mainstream brands, the buyer picks the most interesting pieces. They carry hard to find brands like Isabel Marant and Revolver. I would have given them 5 stars, but they rarely carry Vanessa Bruno or Sonia Rykiel anymore, and those designers are my two favorites. The jewelry selection is great too. read more

I visited the new Tucci boutique in Del Mar for the first time. They had just opened the previous day. I am very excited to have a new place to go to for stylish and nice quality clothing. There isn't anything like it in that strip mall and there is definitely a need. I landed up finding some very cute things and can't wait to go back for more in the future. I am only giving 4 stars because when I walked into the store I wasnt given a "hello" or "can I help you" it was only when I was holding some clothing to try on that I got attention because they saw I wasn't just browsing. At the end when I made my purchase the sales girl was very sweet and accomodating. read more
