They were genuinely customer focused and took the time to provide useful information and answer my questions, making the entire purchase experience easy and enjoyable. Great service from start to finish! I never knew there was a Coach store at this mall. I will say that their parking at this mall is terrible on weekends. If luck is on your side, you'll need it. Usually takes us 40 mins to find parking typically. Not an easy task.

BEFORE we came into the galleria I called the store and spoke to a lovely woman named Brianna. I explained what we had, and if we could schedule an evaluation on our "numerous bags" she kindly said they would of course prefer we come in during the week when it's "slower" but to come in today, we more than likely would need to have a seat and wait until someone could help us. (I explained no problem ..and were grateful for the time) we walked into the store around 5:30pm... there were probably 5 customers in the store and a handful of employees. NO ONE at the register buying anything (at that time) Spoke to another employee a male... with a lil man bun he was kind enough to take 5 minutes out of his day....to assist my mother and me and look thru our bags to see "what they would and wouldn't" take back for the re-loved/re-claimed program. (as they only take back ORIGINAL COACH not ANYTHING from the outlets) He then said let me go speak to my manager I'll be right back..**out of like 15 bags only 5 qualified, for the program**. He returns and apologies His manager says they cannot help us today, we would need to return during the week...AGAIN we don't live in Glendale or even a 30 mile radius! I explained this to him again (man bun) and I said great that's not what I was told over the phone and how disappointing- I asked for the managers name "Johnny" who never bothered to come out of the back room to greet any of the stores customers, check on employees etc. Our plan was to trade in our bags - for whatever anounts the store was willing to give us... AND make new purchases today! My mother was looking at a 800$ bag, I was looking at a 600$ bag and a pair of shoes. no one ever asked if we were interested in anything else etc. I thanked man bun for his time, asked for his managers name again (so I could make a complaint..cause I will be writing a letter!) We packed our bags back up... and left the store. I am baffled by the lack of customer service and leadership this "manager" showed his/her employees. Great Job Jhonny ... I will be taking this complaint ALLLL THE WAY UP THE CHAIN! Thank you Jhonny for such a sour experience...as my mother and I will NEVER spend another dime with Coach.

Thanks to the recent smash-and-grab shoplifting gangs, there's security in each store, with ropes out front and timed entry. Just like bouncers at the club. Inside, so long as unlimited funds are available, it's all good. I'm a big hobo bag guy, and the leather bags for any gender are classic and timeless. Shoes and other accessories are also looking good this year. Some amazing sunglasses you won't see anywhere else. It's definitely one of the prettiest stores off Rodeo Drive, with lots of glass and soaring high ceilings. Sales staff know their stuff! Definitely not for the meek, but worth the splurge.

The store has a light and airy interior. In general it's a good value for a contemporary luxury brand, and price points are less than comparable famous Italian and French labels. The brand was founded by Stacey Bendet in 2002. I always manage to find metered street parking in this area, but sometimes you can also find free parking (check the signs for permits!) on the side streets off Melrose and there's a large paid city parking structure near the West Hollywood library off San Vincente Blvd. if you don't mind a 5 to 10 minute walk.

I walked past her, and after several seconds, I said hello. Her response seemed forced and annoyed hello. Five or ten minutes later, her coworker came from the back to clock out. No acknowledgment from her either. It was just the two of us in the store. I perused the whole store looking at the outfits. Not once did this salesperson ask me if I needed help or acknowledge my existence. She ignored me the whole time. With employees like her, it is no surprise why retail stores shutter. She was a horrible representative for this store. I could have purchased many of the clothes, however, I chose to leave and made my purchases online. If I am treated in such disrespectful manner, why would I give this store and their horrible staff my hard earned money?
