Ariel and Chelsey are an amazing team. We asked them to practically help renovate our whole kitchen. Every step of the way Ariel communicated and checked with us to make sure it was exactly how we wanted. It wasn't just about getting the job done, it was also about putting a smile on our face. Ariel and team did the following services and much more: Custom Home Depot Base Cabinet installation, Butcher Block counter top installation, range hood construction and installations, custom pantry build and installation w/ pullout drawers (amazing work!), kitchen sink and garbage disposal installation, custom peninsula installation, painting walls, and dishwasher installation....I mean, Ariel does it all. We also needed some electrical work done and Ariel had the perfect contact for that, so make sure to ask him if electrical is needed! Another great thing about Ariel is that he is open and willing to give you advice on your side projects as well. Many times I was working on other parts of my home and Ariel took the time to explain what would be the best course of action. If he saw me struggling, he also offered his hand. What sets him apart from others is his attention to detail in the work, perfectionist attitude, and down to earth, approachable, and very easy to communicate with demeanor. In addition, it does not go unnoticed that he tries to be as helpful as possible. As an example, in our latest a call in to him, we asked to repair/replace a sink faucet in the bathroom. Despite it being more difficult than anticipated, he stuck with it and did a great job. Aside from this however, he noticed the toilet was not level and offered to quickly take care of that as well, no upcharge. A prime example of always going above and beyond, which is appreciated and unlike many others who either try to do the job as hastily as possible with the bare minimum results, or who clearly are out to nickel and dime you any place they can. After two months, I received a text from Ariel explaining that two of his immediate family members had passed away and he had not been able to respond to his business emails due to making all of the funeral arrangements, etc. - this is totally understandable. Great service - my tenant thought there was a leak from the wax ring under the toilet, but Team Ariel determined it was just an overflow from the tank and didn't do or charge for unnecessary work.
