This is my 2nd time utilizing Egor's handyman skills. This time was a 3Hr project (lots of different little tasks) for Egor to handle. He is quick and efficient with each and every assignment given from fixing glass cracks in window (w/glass glue I provided) to repairing wood knobs on a large dresser and gluing back a wood strip on a 2 drawer filing cabinet (w/wood glue I provided,) to adding a missing plastic floor protector piece to a dining room chair leg (w/part provided by me,) to installing a double bath towel bar, to removing old kitchen counter caulk and old shower bathtub caulk and re-caulking, and to hanging up/rehanging 1 large clock, and 9 different pieces of artwork. Egor is a dedicated worker who kept coming back to me to ask "what next?" upon completion of each task. He is hardworking and uses the time wisely to accomplish the project goals set before him. In fact, my bff (from when we were 12 yrs old) is a property mgr for our schoolmate/friend whose family owns several properties around Eagle Rock. Egor is a superstar. Hardworking, meticulous, courteous, fairly priced. Case in point: I wanted a large metal bird hung from my 18 foot ceiling. (Don't ask.) Called a dozen people and no one wanted to do it except some clowns (highly rated on Yelp) who wanted a truly obscene 1200 bucks (two men, 2 -3 hours, $550 to rent scaffolding).
