He is a no nonsense kind of guy that clearly takes pride in his work and took care of something we got other quotes for that were more than double the price. He seemed like a busy guy that has a lot of work going on so it's best to allow him a few days to respond and get you on his schedule. Hired Ara to replace an exhaust fan and he diligently worked through a few of the complications of it (fitting a new fan into a spot where a much older [and different size] fan had sat) absolutely without complaint and/or issue.
