Came in and everyone was really nice and welcoming here. Picked up my purchase and continued to browse in person. There are some very nice pieces here. Very much worth the look if you are in the area. Great quality pieces and most items you cannot tell are used! Some items are on the pricier side (like artwork). And I expected better from Bethany and the team. The reason behind this one star is I am going to come out as a Karen. The people came over, delivered and put everything together. Literally the first night, one of the screws on the bedframe was bent. Now this makes me wonder the person who was installing this was thinking "eh, they wont see this." Guess what....we saw it. So we called them to ask can they either send us a replacement part so we can fix it? No of course not. They needed a technician to stop by. That took 9 days. By the time the technician came, he fixed it under 5 minutes. Wonderful! But again, you could have just mailed it to us. We even showed them photos of what it looked like. So ridiculous. With the amount of money we spent on this, these team should have had an urgent need to take care of this ASAP. Not wait 9 days. Bethany, I hope you are reading this because I will make sure I would never recommend this to anybody every again.

Basically we bought as is. That was not how it was advertised. It was advertised as "last one". I am very angry because the chair had NO issues in the store hmmm?. But it's worth spending your money at Circle if you are looking for great furniture. When I went there, I found out that it's a local family-owned business. I think those businesses deserve our attention right now. Plus most of their pieces are made in the USA. They have a lot of good quality furniture that won't wear out in a year and many of the materials are sustainable. They have this great chaise in a fabric that can't be stained, even by ink! And it's gorgeous too. Alicia was my sales person and she was awesome. She was very helpful with color (which they have plenty of) and really listened to what I was looking for. In the end, I fell in love with the Venus-- a red velvet clamshell loveseat. It's a low pressure place and I was comfortable looking around without feeling like anyone was all over me trying to make me buy something. I was surprised to find out that they will come out to your house and design the layout for you. They help you pick out fabrics to match what you have and they don't try to make you buy everything, they will work with what you already have and try to make you happy. Alicia helped me figure out how to setup the room around the new piece. It looks perfect in my living room and it's comfy too! I would highly recommend Circle if you are in the market for any furniture or accessories. And they're having a floor samples sale right now, so it's a good time to go take a look.

I also checked with the owner of a comparable sofa who was quite happy with the feather and down filling--though she cautioned me about the need to plump up the cushions after use Unfortunately, the cushions that arrived with my sofa contained not a shred of down but were filled with a lumpy mess of cheap poly fiberfill with no dacron or down wrapping. It's hard to believe that I paid five figures for a sofa that is uncomfortable to everyone who has tried it out. The store manager has expressed willingness to correct the problem but it's been three months and I'm still stuck with an unusable piece of furniture.

To make it much worse, rather than simply replacing the chair because it's the right thing to do, they are putting us through the ringer sending "technicians" out to the house to move the buttons because it's cheaper for them. So many phone calls and much time wasted. The "customer experience associate" was actually hostile- never been treated so badly as a customer- and they are 100% in the wrong here. Never again, they do not care about their customers just the initial sale. In addition to this issue with the buttons, we also had issue with the couch we bought-they delivered without the brackets that held it together and had to come back.

We called to cancel our order, they promised a call back within "3 to 5 business days" to confirm. It didn't happen. We were not surprised. We have, of course, not received a refund. We've now filed a dispute with our credit card company and a complaint with the BBB. Total nightmare. We just hope we get our money back some day.

The salesperson spoke very highly of the quality and longevity of the couch and made us feel confident we were investing in furniture that would last our family for many years. By early August 2024, I had already contacted Jordan's about significant pilling we'd seen over the the last year of owning the couch. They sent me a Gleener, but it didn't help. I then purchased an electric fabric shaver myself, yet the pilling just got worse and more extensive. The couch also has significant sagging in one corner. Jordan's sent a technician who glued in extra foam. I immediately questioned the appearance and was assured the foam would flatten. It did not. I am now left with a large visible hump while the original corner is still dipping. Despite all of this, I have repeatedly been told the condition is "normal wear and tear." After escalating the issue as far as I could through customer service, Jordan's final offer was an $1,800 STORE CREDIT on a $6,648 purchase. That credit would require me to spend more money at Jordan's to replace the couch while I am still paying off the original purchase. I do not expect a couch to remain brand new forever, but I also do not believe extensive pilling beginning after less than a year, significant sagging, and a repair that created an additional problem should be considered reasonable deterioration for a $6,648 sofa. Jordan's talks about creating "raving fans" of its customers in it's mission statement. However, this experience has left me feeling quite the opposite. I strongly encourage anyone considering a large purchase here to ask exactly what Jordan's considers "normal wear and tear" and what recourse you will have if problems develop. I'd also be cautious of misleading salespeople in the Natick location!

I'm fairly sure Bob's furniture hires their sales staff from the chaff that used car dealerships throw out. I've worked in sales AND customer service before, and these guys hardly fit the description of either. Going into the store with purpose I made a point NOT to engage the sales staff, having previously heard that they make a pack of jackals look cordial. Finally though I couldn't guess anymore and needed to speak with a sales person. The ongoing conversation felt more like a time share pitch instead of a back and forth Q&A about a loveseat. All said and done, I went with Jordan's furniture which ended up (due to some thankful specials) about the same price. I won't knock Bob's quality too much (though I won't brag about it either), but chain stores have to realize that sales staff are their front line in building the reputation of a business. If your staff are a bunch of commission chasing yahoos, you're going to scare a lot of people off. Go here for adequately priced furniture but go in ready and go in armed. You may very well find yourself in what Kenny Loggins affectionately called "The Danger Zone".

They said corporate would handle damages and get the repair taken care of, and they called the support to start a claim. If I could give 0 to negative stars, I would. Because...GUESS WHAT?!!! Their claims department just denied our claim and tried to gaslight us, so they could be CHEAP and wiggle their way out of responsibility and liability for the damage they caused to our property. They claimed that the damage was due to "normal wear and tear" This situation has been infuriating. So the lesson here is, if you want to have your ORDER MISPLACED, then have the replacement DELAYED, have you PROPERTY DAMAGED upon said replacement, and then DENIED FOR REPAIR CLAIMS, Go with the Natick Bob's Discount Furniture.
