The pillow is lined and lining is fine but actual fabric came apart as shown in photo.

I ordered pillows and the fabric came apart in the first few weeks. I tried to return to the store but they won't take online orders in store and online will only refund or replace within 30 days!!!! I was busy and didn't get to it in time. This is just not acceptable!

Handle is loose and cannot be tightened

We bought a TV console Finley media console (blue stone) approx $3000. Ordered on sep 2 2024, delivered today Jan 8 2025. It has four doors. Two of them don't work. One doesn't close and on one the handle is loose and the installation guys could not fix it because the holes in the door and the handle do not align. If this piece had been on the showroom floor, no one would ever order it. We have bought all our furniture from Restoration Hardware before and have not had the same problems. Absolute crap.

The arm rest doesn't fit into the leg!

I bought two matching chairs last year and one arrived constructed wrong. I immediately contacted Arhaus and they said they would order a replacement chair that would arrive in January. When I checked back, no chair had been ordered and the chairs were now out of stock. I'm stuck in limbo now as they won't respond to my emails/calls on how they are going to resolve this situation. Unbelievable that this chair has an inspection tag on it and it passed!

I was totally deceived and played by the management at this store. They claim they solved my issue when in reality they had ilega business practices going on. They DO NOT follow the first come first served as they advertise with their floor samples and they sell to whom ever is best to their interest. I have been working with Arhaus for a long time and every other store has been good . This one is managed by people with low moral boundaries. Shop online or in some other location. C Madera is much better and the staff is very nice.

Oakleigh bar cabinet

Great furniture, but lackluster support. I bought the Oakleigh cabinet on sale, only to find out it was back at a lower price within the 30 day timeframe. Hundreds less than I payed for it. I asked for a price adjustment after seeing an Instagram Ad for it at a lower cost, and the next day I found it back at full price after sending insta photos of discrepancies. They rejected my claim. The 30 days expired for me to get an adjustment, just in time for them to put it back on sale for Memorial Day. Probably won't buy from here again.

Do not buy from Arhaus. I ordered 2 Galena lamps. They looked great in the pictures on their website and were described as including "white linen shades". When they finally arrived a few weeks later, the lamps were not as depicted in the pictures, and they included brown linen shades. After talking to their agents on the phone, I had to send 3 pictures of each lamp to show that they were incorrect. They apologized and agreed that they were not as depicted and agreed to replace them but said not to send them back yet. They said they would get back to me in 48 hours. Over a week later, I still hadn't heard back from them, so I called them again, and they told me to return the lamps, and they would send replacements. I returned the lamps, and, a few weeks later, the replacement lamps arrived. Again, however, the lamps did not look like the pictures, and, again, they included brown, not white, linen shades. I called again to return them, and they agreed to a return, but they hadn't included return labels in the shipment. They apologized and said they would send return labels and would refund the purchase price within 30 days after receipt of the lamps. 3 weeks later, I still have not received the return labels. The boxes that the lamps came in literally stink. I can't stand the smell, and guests have agreed that the boxes actually stink. I'm tired of them being in my house, but I can't send them back, because Arhaus still has not sent the return labels. During the latest call, she apologized and said that the labels would be emailed to me. If it is done by email, though, why is it taking so long? I asked that I stay on the line until the labels were emailed, but she refused. I'm still waiting for the labels . . . . Items are not as described or pictured. Packaging smells like a barnyard. Friendly but abysmal customer service. Everything just takes so long.

My next door neighbor had Carpetland install hardwood floors throughout their house. Based upon…read moretheir recommendation, I hired Carpetland to replace the carpet in my upstairs hallway and the stairs to the first floor and basement after my wife slipped and fell down the stairs on some old carpet. We replaced the carpet with the same hardwood that we have on the first floor. The job went fairly well. There was a language barrier, as the crew that was sent either did not speak English, or did not speak it well. There were a few hiccups, but they were resolved without too many issues. Fast forward about 7 months. I decided to surprise my wife while she was out of town and had the first floor refinished. I specifically asked if the job could be done within my timeframe while my wife was out of town. While I was told that there would be no problem, I was not told that the tradeoff would be only one coat of polyurethane instead of two. That second coat makes a huge difference! Again, a crew shows up and language is an issue. I tried communicating as best I could, but they did not seem to understand. Dust control was a major issue. I am still finding areas of my house other than where the work was done covered with dust. The floor was gouged just inside the front door. Whoever was using the sander must have been doing on the job training. You can see where he changed directions with the sander and I still see swirl marks on the floor. The foyer was not sanded evenly, but the crew leader swears he could not see it. After registering my complaints, John-the sales rep-was very apologetic and offered to send the crew leader out to make things right. Roberto came back two days later and tried to gaslight my wife and I. He insisted that there were two coats of polyurethane on the floor...even though he wasn't not even present when it was applied. He did (mostly) fix where the floor was gouged. The non-English speaking crew returned the next day to apply a second coat of polyurethane. It is interesting that she spoke English well enough to ask for payment before she left. Once the floor dried, I noticed spots that were missed. I reached out to John again and he assured me that he would have Roberto come to address any concerns and he would return with him. It was at that point that I made the mistake of paying the invoice. I have not heard from John since. My next project involves replacing all of the carpet on the second floor with hardwood floors. Guess who will not be getting the job?

John Yavari was excellent sales and responsive at all times. I never had to leave home to get quote and look at samples. He was patient as I asked for several variations of quotes before we decided. I also compared to other installers and they were hands down the best prices. I think they were even cheaper than Lowe's. I highly recommend.
