I had the chicken dish and it was great. Flavorful and moist. My husband had the sirloin and it was cooked as ordered. He said it was very good. My only complaint is that I ordered a Pelligrino sparkling water which they were out of, so they offered club soda. They charged $2.99 for a glass filled with ice and very little soda. When I asked for a refill she refilled it with water. Not cool. Plenty of parking since the other stores in the plaza are closed at dinner time. read more

As you walk into this restaurant in a small plaza, you're greeted with a nice open area with tables and booths, plenty of natural light from the windows, and high ceilings. It's great! Just wanted to point that because this location is massively better than their old location (not sure if that's still there) on NE 20th street. OK so the food. I've always gotten their steak sandwich. That may be all I really need in life. You gotta get it. It's juicy and cooked to perfection, served with that chimichurri sauce that I make disappear like magic. Like I eat that small cup of chimichurri sauce CLEAN. Great service, food, and ambience. Ordered a medium steak sandwich with a Caesar salad. Every single bite was grizzle and could not be swallowed. The salad was fresh but had Italian dressing and some grated cheese and croutons. I also ordered 2 empanadas. The Spinach one had very little filling,at $3.50 each, not worth it. The beef one was better but still too expensive. I know Skirt steaks can be like that but at $12 a sandwich you can do better. I will not return. read more

So I love this place. Let's be clear I'm an Empanada fanatic and theirs are great. Buy the dozen+ and take them home. But the staff and the food are both great. They just need to get a more prominent social media presence, maybe get the website up and possibly give us a little Argentinian live music or dance to make this place a destination. Just came from a delicious lunch here. I first drove to the Argentinian Deli down the block but they were closed for vacation and the sign in the window directed me here. I was in the mood for a skirt steak and boy did they deliver. The lunch special was an 8 oz steak served with skinny fries and a salad. A little pricier than I expected to pay at the deli for a sandwich but it was worth every bite. read more

We went in to try something different and boy did we get it. We waited for an hour and a half for a simple steak & egg entree and spinach pasta. The server came over THREE times and asked what our order was. I had originally ordered a Caesar salad & the spinach pasta but that seemed too confusing for him so I simplified my order to just the pasta. My partner ordered the steak & egg. We ordered the empanadas as an appetizer which came immediately. An hour later we were still waiting on our entree. We had plans to meet friends at 6:30. Our food finally arrived at 6:38! Three tables that came in well past us were already served. And guess what?? You got it the order was wrong. A steak sandwich was served that could have been bought at a gas station. No egg, no plantains, no beans. And then the server wanted to have an attitude about that's what he ordered. We ate a fourth of the meal and left. The server said he wouldn't charge for the entree but came back with a ticket with the pasta and the sandwich. He took off an ice tea and the empanadas. No, just no. Stopped by today for a pick-up order after reading the Yelp reviews from others. The food is simply delicious and I can't believe I did not stop by sooner. Also, my young kids loved the chicken with fries and they are so picky with food! We also ordered the steak which was so tender and juicy. The food was ready within 20 minutes of me ordering over the phone, it was early lunch time. The décor is lovely and cozy inside, definitely worth going back for a sit down dinner. The freshest, tastiest, and well prepared steaks (Argentinian style) I have ever eaten in Florida. Everything they serve is prepared professionally by a chef who really understands his business. They serve a fresh chimichuri on the side with their steaks that is outstanding. My wife, who does not eat beef, ordered their grilled chicken steak--it too was unbelievably fresh and tasty. Ditto for the side dishes. They serve a reasonably large variety of items.Their prices are reasonable and are nowhere near as expensive as the well known over rated and over priced steak houses.They recently moved to this location from a smaller restaurant nearby. I stopped in The Argentinian Grill after checking in to my hotel a few doors down. It had been a long drive and I was tired and hungry. When I walked in the staff was very friendly and attentive. To start with I ordered two empanadas and a glass of house wine. I could tell right away that the empanadas were homemade...so fresh and delicious! Then I ordered the Argentinian sandwich which consisted of steak, lettuce/tomatoes, mayo and chimichurri. Incredibly tasty. The steak was tender and cooked to perfection. Very delicious and authentic Argentinian food! They recently expanded their small deli spot into a full scale restaurant. This quality of food deserves more space and I'm happy they found it. The atmosphere is clean and modern with an upscale feeling but the prices are affordable. I often come here during lunch for the steak sandwich and it is consistent every time. The chicken milanesa is perfectly seasoned and tender, which is rare for most Latin places. A hidden gem right here in Boca, don't miss out on this one! read more

I've been eating at his places for years now. My ex-wife was Argentinean so this food was standard fare for me. Today I went and they had no lemon. I asked what happened with the lemon and was told that mothers day was Sunday. I couldn't believe that someone couldn't run to Publix to get a bag of lemons. New menus today. My lunch for two was eighty something dollars with tip 95 dollars. I'm sorry this place with youtube playing on the TVs is not worthy of that money. I looked on the bill they charged me $7 for each small Peligrino! really? very, disenchanted with this place. I used to eat her for there were not so many decent Argentinean places; however this place has never been all that wonderful. I think this might be the last time I go there for a while. RESPONSE - they charged me for two peligrinos, my bill was 95 with tip for lunch , to add the short ribs tasted sour like old meat and we did not eat them and told the waiter. I was attended by Alejandra, who I assume is the owner, or manager, the based the way y she operates every aspect of the restaurant , of and outsideknows everything about the the food and catering available in addition she was courtious, and made fabulous recommendations. Perhaps they were short handed that day, as it took just a little long to get in and out, On my next visit I will see. The Argentinean Grill is exceptional place and will continue their growth as long as people Like Alejandra are running it (I am assuming she is the manager as there was no other person going around every table). Be careful what you ask for. My friend and I ordered a couple of skirt steaks. One was beautiful and the other one was half skins. I complained and asked for them to give me one nice one like my friends'. Well, the "chef" Luis came out super aggressive justifying the weight of the steak and could have gone on talking endlessly. So I just asked "so you're not going to change it" and he said no. So I said we would never return and he said it didn't matter and then added that if I wanted, i could just throw the steak in the trash.
