We needed just a few things and while we were browsing a very helpful worker (I forgot her name - Emily maybe??) started talking to us. We started talking to her about our recent All-Clad purchase and although we know it's supposed to be a great pan we were unsure why ... she was amazing. She explained to us in detail why some pans were better than others. She walked with us throughout the store and explained EVERYTHING to us. At the end of our little browsing expedition we ended up spending about $600 dollars. And to be honest we were happy with everything we bought. This girl made our experience so much more than just buying pots and pans. She deserves a raise!! I really have never had a shopping experience like this. You could tell she clearly loved her job and the products. It's been a few months and we are very happy with everything we purchased that day!!

I bought a jar of overpriced cooking sauce before Christmas. I went to use it yesterday and found…read morethat the jar was not sealed prior to my opening it. I brought it back to the store to exchange it for another and was told company policy was not to accept food returns. Wouldn't even give me an exchange. The manager said I could call customer service. I asked her to call and she said she couldn't as she has to be available to help other customers. I advised her that I was the only customer in the store. She then started to call but checked my purchase and told me it was longer than their 30 day return period. She then declined to make the call. Everyone should be aware that if you buy any well overpriced food item from Williams Sonoma, you cannot return or exchange it if there is a problem. This occurred in the store in Huntington Station, NY

She was happy to pull out all the floor options we wanted to see, matched it with backsplash tile, and even did some extra design work for us to see how it would look. Through such a daunting (and expensive) process, Georgia really made it fun. She took the stress away, let us guide her with what we wanted, but also shared her thoughts as the design expert. So respectful, very personable, and just wanted to help us. In the end, we did not move forward with The Tile Shop but it had nothing to do with the service. The price points just didn't work for us but if I ever have a larger budget, she is the first person I'm coming to.

There usually is a small crowd but I found that there was always availability when I arrived at the start time. Turns out one of my items that said it was in stock online was actually out of stock so they had to cancel that item. Then since I used a gift card, the money was supposed to go back to the gift card but never did they said I would need to reach out to their IT department and they did not know a good phone number so it sounds like I am SOL with that. Then I tried to pay for the other items I added onto the order separately and the woman forgot to use the other gift card that I told her on the order so she then had to wait for a manager to come over and refund that order to rep Rohit correctly. Then, on my way out while all of this was happening, someone else came over and almost accidentally took my original order for a different customer, total chaos, phones, ringing, nonstop, manager was living in the clouds with not a clue with anything.
