Went to Dick's on my lunch hour, associate helped me find just a hose, vs. having to buy whole new set, it worked, and I am very happy with my experience, superior to having done this online, since I am not a plumber by trade.

At another construction snafu, I realized I needed anchors instead of toggle bolts. I called 7 minutes to closing and then ran - they already had the item at the counter - I checked out, they locked the door behind me, and I went home happy (doesn't it suck when you just need one thing to finish the job and the store is closed? not with fulton hardware!) I just feel so taken care of by them :) Yes, you could find items cheaper but when you buy a 1k tv and a $150 mount are you really sweating the $6 vs $10 worth of hardware? it's $4 difference and they make sure it's perfect and no shipping. (also I bought the same toggle bolts and washers and drill bit of a kit online that was 17.99 - all hardware separately from fulton? 14.49. so sometimes it's cheaper!) they cut wood (including ripping plywood sheets!) and have a nifty screw identifier so if you bring any screw they can find the same width - metric or imperial!

I was on Fulton street and walked into this store that I accidentally found while in the area. I walked in requesting a copy of my keys and the owner asked if I wanted him to make only a copy of my keys and why not the FOB, too? I told him that he couldn't do that and that only my building could. The owner reassured me that he had all the equipment in that store and he would be able to CLONE my FOB so I'd have an extra set of keys and a FOB just in case I lost my original ones. He was right! I live in Brooklyn and when I got home even the FOB worked. This place gave me great customer service and really came through. They certainly know what they are doing. I appreciate all the employees and the owner who took care of me at the store today, September 29, 2025. - Michael Caputo

Despite years of coming into The Container Store to see what they had as a solution for something I…read moreneed, I've only once bought something there which ended up not being that special. Trust me, I do stop in several times a year, but always walk out opting for something at Target, Ikea, Home Depot, or formerly the Bed, Bath, and Beyond across the street. The prices here always seem just a little too high for whatever they have. I've known over the years, people who like shopping there for home organizing things, but perhaps I'm not their target demo. This time I see they have a big selection of those gaudy, metallic Hulken rolling totes.. which signage informing you it's what New Yorkers schlep with. (The Hulken really looks like something meal delivery people use.) Well, I'm happy with my Gorilla Cart and I'm a New Yorker. The impulse items by the register didn't move me as well. Of course, I don't have need for the clearly overpriced $16.99 Nail Stickers, $14.99 Tattoos, etc.

It had stores everywhere! AMAZING! Once inside, I was walking through this interesting place, until something caught my nose. As I began to smell, I was determined to seek and find out where that lovely intoxicating smell was coming from. As I turned the corner inside the Occulus, my delicate nose directed me into a quaint little place called "Rituals" The name alone causes the mind to explore exotic places of interest, and trust me when I say that the items in the store allow you to take a journey to the most exotic places.. Even if the getaway is in your mind.. #Amazing! I met some lovely ladies who assisted me with amazing soft scrubs, body washes, as well as lotions... Each set of items were different in what senses to attract: Happy Buddha, DAO, Sakura, Hammam, and so much more..I enjoy each of their salt scrub...#Awesome!
