I came to this location in early June of this year. I came here as I was looking for quotes for a…read morenew back and front door. I went to another company before coming here and never heard back (thanks for nothing, Door Outlet). Prior to visiting this location, I made an appointment to look at the types of doors available on the show room floor. When at the location, I picked out two doors with the help of Chris Owens. Chris explained the process to me about how long the doors would take as well as what to expect. After I picked out the doors and paid 50% down, Chris came to my home and measured my door spaces to ensue the doors I ordered would fit in my space. The install of the two doors I ordered was done over the period of two days. the backdoor took about half a day to install because the frame had to be removed. The front door was done in the period of a few hours today. Corey was the installer for both doors. Corey (like Chris) was professional and personable. Overall, I had a good experience with this company. While the wait may be long for the doors, the final product as delivered is sharp looking.

This is my first pool, so I came into this pretty uneducated and Shane was very patient with me during the entire project, explaining the process and what to expect. He is an extremely experienced pool builder and beyond professional and responsive. He makes you feel like you're the only customer he has and follows through even after the pool build is finished. If you want a high-quality gorgeous pool, you must hire this company. Builder Selection Shane and his staff were extremely patient as I tried to align the very differing proposals, breaking costs down as I requested. His proposal was easy to understand and was straightforward, not hiding costs in various categories as most of the other builders did. I felt I got a very fair estimate. While their proposal was not the lowest, I chose them because I felt very comfortable with Shane, his knowledge and he's just an overall really nice guy. Another reason I chose them was because he was the only builder to submit the design to our HOA without my even asking! He kept me informed as the process with them progressed. Design I already had a pool design done by another builder but wanted to get estimates from other builders. I called five and Shane was the first to to respond. We met that week and I was very impressed by his professionalism. He looked at our design, asked really good questions about the pool and how we thought we would use it. He also made some suggestions that had to do with the actual usability of the pool. He took the paper based plans and some screen shots and recreated the design using his own pool design software. We had several design meetings either at his office or at my home. He patiently tweaked the details as well as the bigger things until we were satisfied with the design and the materials. Build Shane managed this project like clockwork and the only time the progress slowed down was due to weather. He kept me informed of who was coming when and what was expected to be accomplished in that given time. His contractors were very skilled, polite and was respectful of our property. The project wasn't trouble free by any means but at each step, Shane oversaw the work being done, making changes either at my request or because he wasn't satisfied. None of which were charged to us. Shane and his staff were so responsive to all of my questions, concerns and me calling him and telling him that one of the pool walls wasn't being done to design, he stopped the work and redid it to design. There's so much more to write but that would make this review too long to want to read. Our pool is amazing and we're extremely happy with the result. Also I didn't feel that once the pool was finished Shane would disappear. In fact, he's still very responsive when we have a question or trouble with the equipment. I would highly recommend Capital! Shane and his staff are honest, knowledgeable, demand high quality from the contractors and I can't say enough about their responsiveness.
