Really great spot in Moab for some good Thai. Over the course of 3 nights, I was able to try the Thai Basil, Som Tum (Papaya Salad), Tom Yum - Seafood, Fried Shrimp (Shrimp in a Blanket), Thai Chicken Wings and Lo Mein. I thought the Thai Basil was really good. The Som Tum was good but I think a better balance of citrus and fish sauce is needed - actually can't believe I'm saying it needs more as most places need less. Spice level was a bit low when asking for 5 but it did have some kick. The Lo Mein was OK. They used ramen like noodles instead of a thicker egg noodle but it did have a good flavor and veggie mix. The Tom Yum was good with tons of seafood but I also would have liked a better citrus and lemongrass flavor. Anytime you can get fried shrimp at a Thai or Vietnamese place it is always a blessing as most don't have it (same with fried quail) so it's nice they have it and I enjoyed these. And last but not least the Thai Wings were good - not great. They have a cumin flavor and are very well cooked - tender on the inside with a light crunch on the outside. Just not that into the cumin flavor. Moab is lucky to have a good Thai place and it's very popular. It gets very busy for dinner so go early or late. Staff were friendly and very efficient so a great place to have a good dinner after a good day in Arches. read more

We ordered take out and it was just bad. I love Asian food and was looking forward to it but it was really disappointing. Drunken noodles tasted meaty? Really weird. Lo mein was okay, had pretty good flavor but not best. Fried rice was bad, no flavor at all. Pad Thai was super peanuty and just hard to eat. Egg rolls were only decent thing. read more

Go here. The best Thai food I've ever eaten.(Jitlada's Khal Soi dish in San Francisco Is probably a tie). I thought someone was kidding about flying here just to eat here... but now I get it. The curries are unbelievable. I love a good yellow curry but ordered the Massaman Curry and it was amazing. My son ordered the yellow curry and it was fabulous. The same yellow curry flavor with potatoes and carrots were in the samosas. They also had some unique curries I had not seen before. Excellent Thai restaurant for Moab. We saw the reviews and wanted to check it out. I ordered the Tom Yum soup and it was quite delicious. I also got an order of the drunken noodles. I didn't care too much for the green beans they had in it but it was pretty tasty. My wife had the cucumber salad and I tried a bite. It was pretty good. They also have a liquor license so it was nice to wash the meal down with a beer . Singha is a favorite of mine. I'll come back the next time I'm in Moab read more

My friends and I are from Los Angeles and we LOVED this restaurant so much that we came back for dinner a second time. We had pad Thai, drunken noodle, red curry, Penang curry, Thai salad (so refreshing especially after a long hike), Tom yum fried rice and pineapple fried rice. The food was so flavorful. There's also house made chili oil that gives you a kick. The staff is so attentive and always asking us how we are doing. Would definitely come back the next time we visit Moab! read more

My husband and I had the pho-- perhaps we shouldn't have ordered pho at a Thai place, but it was quite genuinely bleh. Bland broth, rubbery meat, and no Thai basil. I was tired of eating diner food on our trip of the national parks, so having a Thai place mid way into our vacation was fantastic!! A bit of a wait on a Saturday night, but the food was solid. It is a really nice building! When we came in it was very crowded, the staff just let us stand there and ignore us, so we decided to place ourselves. After a while a waitress came to our table, she seems very stressed and asked what we wanted to order. I think we didn't answer quick enough so she went very irritated! I said to her that she wasn't very friendly and that we where customers, who wanted to have a nice dinner! She answered that is was very busy and she was in a rush. Best Thai food ever! We tried both curries and noodles. I am Thai food lover and this was just a fantastic restaurant. While the curries are a bit pricey, they have a fantastic variety for both vegeterians and non-veg. Their pineapple and lychee curries were excellent as well along with the Red curry. They also put a right amount of veggies in their dishes which is very important. We tries the Fried Tofu as an appetizer which was mouthwatering with the peanunt sauce. We have been on a long road trip and was looking for tasty food other than pizza, burgers or sandwiches. Thought would try Arches Thai (we love thai food back home in SoCal). We ordered Mango Curry Shrimp and it was delicious, not too spicy and one of the best dishes ever had. The mango added an amazing flavor and is different than typical yellow, green curries. The Delicate Chicken dish was also a great tasting accomplishment. Arches Thai is a fabulous treat if you are looking for an amazing meal! Highly recommend!! read more

I was disappointed with my experience here. As a vegan, I always look forward to eating Thai as there tend to be a lot of options. None of the curries are vegan unfortunately because their chili paste has fish sauce in it - a huge bummer. I ended up getting a rice noodle dish which was essentially plain noodles with sauce dumped over top and plain broccoli on the outside. LEG-IT! So I really couldn't believe that a Thai place in the middle of the desert had so many great reviews but I was tired of hotdogs and hamburgers (RV camper food). We were a big group (11) and I don't think they were full prepared but Im so happy they accommodated because almost everything on the menu that we ordered was delicious. Larb was great, all the chicken dishes were superb. Didnt think the volcanic beef was that amazing but it but could have been shadowed by the delicious other foods. Drunken noodle was perfect and my son really liked the Thai Ice T. Service was a little dicey but they might have been understaffed. Anyhow, definitely recommend when you are in Moab! read more

If you want your spicy Thai dish PROPERLY spicy (and not "American spicy" as the waitress called their regular 1-5 scale), ask for "Thai spicy." You better be sure about it though. read more
