Went here after a long day of hike at Arches NP, waited over an hour along with 50 or so other people.. (i dont know why i did this)...food was TERRIBLE!! The chicken lettuce wraps were pretty good and we were excited for the rest of our order.. basil or was it mint fried rice had no mint..and they were so busy and understaffed that no point asking..barely ate any of our entrees..tom yum soup noodle was terrible...my husband hardly ate 2 spoons and pushed it aside... we liked the food at moab brewery way better than here..waste of time and $$ read more

As other reviewers noted, this is pretty solid for Thai food. I had the panang curry with chicken and it was very good. My friends ordered the spring rolls, the green curry with tofu, and the drunken noodles - all were good. We were all starving after a long day of hiking so we had no trouble cleaning our plates =). Delicious! Totally hit the spot on a hot afternoon in Moab. I got the Massaman curry with tofu, it was a good consistency, not too soupy, and super tasty! It came with rice too But, the best thing about this place, in my mind was the Thai iced tea. I'm always very judgy of a place based on their tea, and this place does it right. Not too sweet not too watery, perfect. I ordered 2 (since I was chillin in their ac), and fresh made each time. Awesome AND delicious. Come here if you crave curry when you're hot. read more

Came here for dinner. It was utterly disappointing than our previous visit which we came during lunch on Christmas. The restaurant only had 3 staff and it is definitely not sufficient. All 3 did the hosting, serving, cleaning and waitering. If you decide to come here for dinner, please estimate at least an hour wait. We waited 1h to be seated, 30mins for the water to be served & another 30mins for the food to be served. Recommendations to the restaurant: - have a sign in sheet so that people do not have to queue at the small entrance area - close some tables if you cannot handle so many guests at once Food is good but I am sure there're other restaurants who are more worth the wait. read more

Great place for authentic Thai food! Healthy portions, flavorful options, and good service. Panang curry was loaded with fresh vegetables and protein with just the right amount of spice, sate and dipping sauce and the Pad Thai were very traditional and delicious. Busy restaurant with a lot of people taking out food. That being said, the head waiter went around to each table asking how everything was. Very good Thai in a very nice little restaurant in Moab. We shared the Shumai appetizer, 4 steamed dumpling with seasoned pork and shrimp, topped with fried garlic and served with sweet & sour sauce. Tasty gems. We thought it best to share an entrée and selected the Drunken Noodles with pork, fresh wide rice noodles, egg, bell pepper, green bean, bamboo shoots, tomato, onion, and basil leaf, in a stir-fried in garlic basil sauce. Delightful, and plenty for the two of us. I'm about the food which, in this case, was so good, I dismissed the less than stellar service. read more

Local hole-in-the-wall off the main road, but well-worth the visit. Every item on the menu is incredibly flavorful, and well-plated as well. Staff were friendly, and while wait times were a little long, each entree was well worth it. I especially recommend the Arches Fried Rice, one of their specialty dishes that is the most flavor-packed rice dish I've ever tried. The Drunken Noodles, Massaman Curry, and Green Curry are also must-haves. We were incredibly pleasantly surprised by this restaurant, and plan on returning often. read more

Arches Thai is absolutely delicious, and the service is top notch! We ate here two years ago while visiting the area and our family still talks about it. They are the best Thai restaurant we've ever eaten. When we were deciding where to vacation, we actually came back to Moab for the scenery and Arches Thai! We had steamed gzoya (yum!), satay (peanut sauce is great), Pas Se Eew (my kids and I finished the whole dish), and Volcanic Beef (nice spice level, not too hot). The Pho broth is very flavorful. My daughter said it was the best broth she has had. Everything is delicious and we look forward to coming back soon. We visited during Covid and felt comfortable eating in, as tables were very spread out. They also had outdoor dining and takeout. Very clean, servers disinfected tables after each guest. Pad see ew was pretty good -- the textures were spot on, but it was a little salty for my taste Panang curry was also nice, though it didn't come with enough rice and we had to order more Overall, everything came to 40$ before tip, which is a pretty typical price in that area, and the food was quite good. There was a bit of a wait, but I think it was just because there was a large group? We were happy to see a Thai in moab but the good thing stop there. I ordered red curry, the veggie in there are half spoiled and I can taste it. Also had the tomyum soup, which the spicy tasted too strong and I think it is from non organic, I mean chemical.(yes, it is used some places in us) My wife ordered drunken noodle. Noodle should be in shape of noodles but this dish is in bits. I can only question the ingredients they use. Most likely stored too long and not fresh. We both felt sick after the dinner. It is a total disappointment. We decide no more Asia fusion in the future. All Asia fusion are run by similar people, not Thai, not Vietnamese but sell those food. My husband and I, including my parents decided to stop here to eat after a long day driving from California. We arrived at 8:25pm approximately 35 minutes before close and asked if we can dine in. They were so accommodating and had no problem. Our servers were great and attentive, the restaurant itself was clean, the aesthetics/decoration of the restaurant was cute, and lastly the food tasted delicious! Wasn't expecting to find good Thai food in Moab so this was a very nice surprise. We got our food to-go and can't really comment on the service. However we ordered food for 11 people (6 adults & 5 kids) so we tried many of the offerings on the menu. The curry was excellent, the Thai fried rice was terrific, the pad Thai was very good, the satay and pot stickers were great, even the pho was decent and the Thai jerky was an interesting and tasty treat. Amazing service despite being sat at the same time as four other tables. I had the tom yon noodle soup which was delicious, filled with a lot of onions, but once you get around them the soup base was everything it said and more. The person I was with had the pineapple curry which also had a lot of onions but was full of flavor. Long wait. So so food. Poor/slow/inattentive service. High price. Beef pad thai was average at best, the beef itself was rubbery. The chicken pho was bland. The garden rolls were good but you only get two, whereas at most places you get four for the same price. read more

The good thing about this restaurant is that the food came quickly. We had drunken noodle with chicken (~$17) and pineapple fried rice with shrimp (~$18). I like the pineapple fried rice for the flavor of curry spice. However, the drunken noodle is just ok, not as good as the ones I had in different Thai restaurants before. The waitress who served us was like we were WAISTING her time. She was always rushing away like she has more important things to do. In fact, there were only 4 tables including us eating at the time and the chef was responsible for taking out the food. Also, no menu was provided and we needed to scan a code on the table to check the menu online. She only checked us once when she was taking away leftovers from our next table, asking "is everything ok?" No stop walking and looked away immediately. As we were responding she already walked away. When we were ready to check out and asked for separate bills she frowned and raised her browse like we were asking something ridiculous. read more
