Ordered Thai food for pick up here after a day of hiking and it was a really good end of the day. I got Thai Peanut Chicken Skewers and Garden rolls. The chicken was really well cooked. And a generous amount of chicken as well. The peanut sauce was good, not as strong as a peanut flavor as I've had otherwise. It was a good balance of peanut and soy. I really really love the Garden Rolls! (Lettuce, vermicelli noodles, carrot, cucumber, basil leaf and cilantro, in soft rice paper) They were also really big. Much bigger than I was expecting! Good amount for the price. The hoisin sauce that came with was also really nice. Not too salty or sweet. Just a really good balance. I could have had three orders of this and just called it a meal! My fiance got the Chicken Prik Khing (stir-fried green bean, bell pepper, carrot, onion, kaffir lime leaf with red curry paste), and asked for medium spicy. Man. Was that spicy! He loved it because the flavor really came through with the curry paste and all the chicken and veggies in there, but would not have been able to finish it without that rice. I tried some of it too and I love a good dish recipe but this was actually quite spicy even for medium! He also got the Thai Iced Coffee; It was super pretty to be honest. This is the best Thai food I've ever had. We went here three nights out of our 7 night stay. The pho is homemade broth that is like none I have ever had. Seems like it is a family owned and operated place. The decor is your typical Thai style with all the fun Buddha's and decor. We had two different servers. One was so helpful and told us about the details of how they made the pho, the other was very quiet, but good service. read more

Great food and great decor! We really really enjoyed this restaurant! The decor is true Thai, and we loved the Fried Rice and the Red Curry was soooo good ... also the Thai Iced Tea! We weren't a fan of the Tom Ka Soup. The service was good ... fast and the server was able to get everything we needed quickly, and cater to our toddler with a cute Disney Princess water cup which helped keep her entertained for awhile! 05/11/22 - We found an excellent Thai restaurant in MOAB set back one block from highway 191. This is just what the doctor ordered and was by far the best meal we have eaten in the last few days. Arches Thai is a large spacious restaurant w/large dining area coupled w/good service & outstanding Thai food. We started w/Seafood Soup Tom Kha w/shrimp, scallops, mussels & cuttle fish, coconut milk, Thai herbs, mushrooms, cilantro & scallions. This soup was absolutely delicious seasoned to perfection. We also ordered 2 entrees, spicy Basil w/Thai Basil, chicken, red peppers, green beans & onions. The other order was the chicken pad Thai w/noodles eggs, bean sprouts & peanuts. Both were very good & were generous sized portions, enough that we had a small lunch the next day while we were driving through Canyonland National Park. I would recommend this restaurant read more

We are here in Moab for the Moab 240 as crew and pacers. We were hungry and wanted to grab some real food. The service was fast and efficient. The food was amazing! I had the Rama noodles with tofu. The sauce was so good with lots of peanut butter flavor. Wish I had taken a picture of it. The veggies were crisp and fresh and not over cooked. I would eat here again in a heartbeat. Surprisingly good. We ate here Wednesday night. It was crowded. We waited for a table of four. Maybe 10 minutes. We got a nice booth along the windows. Ice cold glasses of water brought to our table. QR'd the menu. It was pretty extensive. Noodles, soups, curries. Your choice of meat. Can we have separate checks? No problem. Hubby & I both decided to carbo up as we were planning to hike to the Delicate Arches at Arches National Park the next morning. He went with curry chicken fried rice. I got pad Thai noodles with chicken. Our friends got a Thai salad and beef pho noodles. The food came fairly quick. Everyone enjoyed what they ordered. The main dishes were very good. Be prepared to wait. We are typically patient people since we are both from prior server jobs. We waited 20 minutes to get our order, the waitress checked on us once after we got our food and we had to ask the bussman for our ticket. Since we are a family of six, they automate their gratuity at 20% and so there is no incentive to actually provide service. read more

Thai fried rice: 3 stars Very bland not much seasoning & very wet rice that was used here. The presentation was nice. Calamari appetizer: 2.5 stars Very heavily battered & shrimp was very small. The seasoning was salty, not very good overall. Red curry: 4 stars This was the best out of all of the dishes. All of the dishes was small portions & was not very authentic Thai dishes but was geared more towards white customers, this is expected since it's located in Moab, Utah. Outside patio area was very nice & had good number of table & seating. Inside decor & atmosphere: 4 Nicely decorated & was kept clean. Had dinner, started with some tempura and tom yum soup, the soup was warm full of veggies and shrimp, we ordered a large bowl and shared between 3 people! The tempura were okay, had better! Ordered the drunken noodles - it was delicious, although portion size seemed a little less than the pad Thai. Friends ordered pad Thai and thought it was great, will say that it aired on the sweeter/more tomatoey side for pad Thai. Another friend ordered Pineapple Fried Rice - if you're expecting sweet, this has more of a turmeric, almost Singaporean noodle taste. However, it came out cold and had to ask for it to be warmed up, but they happily remade the dish. Thai iced tea was wonderful, tasted very authentic! Amazing meal after a long day of hiking. I was pleasantly surprised to find such delicious, authentic Thai food in Moab! I've noticed lines here during peak dinner hours, but the wait isn't too bad. My top orders are the Curry Noodles for something soupy and flavorful and the Drunken Noodles for a simpler yet tasty stir-fry. The Papaya Salad (som tum) is also a nice, refreshing salad, which is great for sharing as a side dish. You can also adjust any of the dishes to be spicier if you want to add some extra heat. Round the meal off with a Thai Iced Tea - you won't regret it! They also serve a green tea version, which I've never seen at other restaurants... it reminds me of light jasmine/pandan flavors, and it's a great alternative if you don't like traditional Thai tea. read more

Overall a good experience. I don't understand the bad reviews since this place is a nice Thai restaurant. The food was tasty. I was surprised that they didn't have the usual Thai spicy that has peppers in vinegar. They only had a red chili sauce. Also spicier level was way lower than we ordered and no tasty spicy sauce to add after. In general I would go back. My only BIG criticism is that they charged us 20% tip in the bill . We were four people so not a big group. There was nothing stating that in the menus. I don't think it's ok. On top they had the nerve to state that we can add more tip. The service in the place was ok and not more than that, so 20% was completely not justified. read more

Do not come here if you're in a rush, with a large group or expect great service. We came with a group of 7 and were seated fairly quickly. We placed our orders, and then the food took forever to arrive. Not only that but there was at least 45 min wait between when the first plates arrived (noodle dishes - pad Thai, pad see ew) and the last plates did (curry). While the food was fresh, the wait staff didn't offer any explanation for the wait and continued to walk past our table avoiding eye contact. We also heard and saw multiple glasses being dropped/broken as we continued to wait, so the general feel was that they were incredibly short staffed and rushing. While the food was good and the portions were fairly large, I would not recommend coming here. I'm not sure if they offer takeout as an option, but that may be a better way to go - just be prepared to wait or call your order far in advance! read more

Crispy duck was also very flavorful but it was doused with sauce and it lost some of its crispiness. Might want to request to have the sauce on the side to keep the crispiness. Wifey had the lo mein. Freakin' fantastic Thai food! After a long day, the last thing I wanted to do was cook in the dark. We arrived around 8pm on a weekday and it was busy. We were seated promptly and feeling daring, we decided to stray from our usual Pad Thai and traditional curry. - Tom Kha with shrimp ($12.95): Excellent! The shrimp was cooked perfectly in a well seasoned, very flavorful coconut soup base. - Curry noodle with chicken ($14.95): So good! Very saucy and curry-ish, so the noodles could sop up all that goodness. - Paradise curry ($19.95): Lychee and rambutan in curry?! An exotic sweet and sour curry dish. Get it! Calvin, our server, took great care of us. He explained we could choose our spice level from 1 to 5, 8 being "Thai hot", and that it's better to be more conservative because spiciness can always be added, but it can't be taken away! Excellent coconut seafood soup and curries. This is an awesome Thai restaurant, I was not expecting much and I was pleasantly surprised. The restaurant is very pretty. Service was fast and friendly. You feel safe in terms of covid prevention there, all very strict in terms of following the rules and spacing out (the restaurant is big and many people seem to go to take out). I wish the large soup was larger, but that means it was really nice. This is not located in main street of Moab but there is plenty of parking and is easy to find. I did notice on the menu a 20% gratuity on parties of 4ppl or more. I have never seen this before but whatever, let's see what the service is like. The family had Pad Thai, and Pad See Ew, Thai Iced Tea. All were very good. Spice level here is 1-5. I ordered 3 -4. I might have had a 4-5. I know it's not rocket science but I might go lower on the scale unless you order more beer then your good at a 5. Service ended up being attentive and good.
