I was rapidly losing coolant on my 2000 Honda Civic. Brandon determined it was a radiator issue, and advised me I needed to replace it with a new one. He was able to replace the radiator with the same brand as the previous radiator (as opposed to an after market type). This was a big plus. And I greatly appreciated him putting in the effort to find the original radiator. This is a terrific father and son auto repair shop. I let Brandon know I was headed up to the Sierras and had rented a car while he worked on my rig. Brandon at Arcadia Auto Repair saves the OX locker!! This thing was chewed up on the outside cap and about to fly apart and tear up everything. Any shop could have said "wow man it's trashed you need a new one" and simply change a $1000 OX Locker! But instead we just ordered a new cap from OX ($40 bucks) and Brandon cleaned up the inside, checked all housing ports threads in the locker and differential, replaced bearings, and made it work like new without modifying anything! Then of course we had to change the rear Ring & Pinion, we found a chipped tooth! It was time for dental work! This shop knows what they're doing! front AND rear discovery. Thanks for your meticulous work Brandon, oxlocker bolts worked loose, close call discover ! Great repair and the friendly, calm attitude when you need a trusting shop. Now in rehab, putting some miles on her to break in the new gearing before we drain the fluid and flush her out. Thanks Brandon you and your pops do really good work. Brandon at Arcadia Auto Repair did an awesome job replacing a front axle seal on my 2007 Mercedes Benz GL450. I had gotten estimates at two other shops, and even made an appointment at one. When I showed up at my appointment time, the owner said sorry, we can't do it as we have people out due to covid. Well, I went to one other shop and was quoted about the same and was asked to return in a week. So... I figured I'd search Yelp for a highly rated auto repair shop in Arcadia and found Arcadia Auto Repair. I drove there since they are very close, and met Brandon around 3PM on a Tuesday. I told him my front axle seal was leaking, and I already purchased a replacement seal. He quoted me just a little more than half of what the other shops quoted, and said if I bring it Thursday morning, he'd have it done the same day. Sure enough, he called before noon and said it was ready. This is now my new shop for all my repairs. Price, service, attitude, honesty, and competence are the best here. So glad to have found them! read more
