love this place! the draft latte is amazing. Lena helped me today and she was so nice!!

Like over priced. It's ok . The coffee very strong so if you like that . Service kind of slow but they are busy

Wow! I am thoroughly impressed by the quality of cuisine. The plates looked like artwork and the taste was out of this world. What a hidden gem. Every plate that we had was truly delicious. I almost didn't want to eat it because it was artfully created. But what a treat when I ate it. I devoured every last morsel. The service was prompt and attentive. The caveat is that you have to order at the door, prior to being seated. There's some background noise with the music playing but it creates a good vibe. I can't wait to come back and try the rest of the menu! Way to go chef! Keep cheffin it! read more

I didn't get a picture of the yogurt I got but wow, I really didn't expect it to be that good... It was amazing to say the least. The sesame granola was delicious and the apple slices complemented everything perfectly. The ambience was busy but still very efficient, friendly, and welcoming. I loved the layout and design of the restaurant as well - super clean and sleek. I particularly enjoyed the guy at the front (I think Evan? He had a buzzcut and a facial piercing) - he was so kind and helpful. My waitress was kind and chirpy as well. I wish I got her name. I don't come out to Riverside too often, as someone that lives in LA, but I will definitely be coming back here again and telling EVERYONE I know about my experience! read more

Food was tasty, good customer service, parking lot not too far from the restaurant and ambiance is nice and calm. read more

4.5 STARS Modern ambiance. Quaint coffee + breakfast spot that we stopped by after the Mission Inn run. We requested a table for 7 and didn't have to wait long. We were promptly greeted and had our drink orders taken. It did take our server a bit long to greet us and take our orders. Otherwise, service was efficient and our server was kind. We had the draft lattes which were delicious. My husband had the lamb sandwich, our friends had the pork belly + steak and eggs. We also had sides of potatoes, eggs & fruit. Everything was tasty. Overall good experience and we'd definitely return. read more

Amazing service. Great food, and coffee drinks. The environment is peaceful. We got some great comfort foods, with amazing flavor. We will for sure come back read more

The atmosphere of the restaurant was almost wonderful due to the location and the condition of the room. However, I was distracted by how loud it was inside. It was even hard to keep conversation with my date. Furthermore, I came for their Turkish eggs I saw on other yelp reviews, but they informed me that they were out. Despite everything, the service was super nice and apologetic towards my situation and I ended up having a good time regardless! read more

I'm always a fan of Arcade's coffee. From their draft lattes to their drip coffee. However, the dining experience can leave you wanting more. The downtown location has a modern minimalist vibe that takes the edge off the bustling downtown scenery. I was greeted kindly by the staff. The menu is inspired but the execution is lacking. I ordered the crab Benedict on cornbread. It was flavorful but the cornbread was dry. My friend ordered over-medium eggs but it came out fried. I haven't tried the rest of the menu, but it's the low hanging fruit that leaves you questioning a return visit. I am a fan of arcade coffee, and I am invested in their success. I think a few tweaks can advance the once humble coffee shop to an inspired dining experience. read more

Very delicious latte!! The iced carrot cake latte was one of the first coffee drinks I've tried from this location and it's amazing! So amazing that I got it again the next day which I noticed it wasn't as great as the first time as there was chunks at the bottom and no dusting as seen in the pic. It was still pretty good but I was a bit sad that it lacked consistency. Overall great ambiance and a nice place to sit at. read more

The food was average. The steak and eggs were blah: under seasoned steak and the sauce on it was unnecessary and added nothing to the taste. I was most disappointed that solo diners can only sit at the tables against the window or around the bar with bar stools. Those seats are not comfortable and because of the height of the bar stool, I ended up hunched over while I ate. That wasn't the relaxing way I planned to spend my morning. Had I known my seating options were limited because I was eating solo, I never would have tried them. I like to be comfortable when dining especially when I'm paying the same price as people dining with someone. Everyone was pleasant enough but I won't be back and don't recommend. read more

Arcade is such a cool place in downtown Riverside. There are lots of parking garages close by, and I was lucky not to have to pay for parking when I went. The vibe is stylish but also cozy, and the staff were super friendly. I ordered the breakfast sandwich with bacon, and it was so good. I paired it with a cup of Earl Grey tea since I'm not a big coffee person. You can totally tell they put in the effort and care into everything they serve. read more

Firstly, the drinks were great, I will definitely be back for a coffee. The flavors were well balanced, not too sweet. Although it is aesthetically pleasing, we personally did not like the entrees we tried. We got the Draft Latte and the Kombucha. The avocado toast was one of our least favorite toasts we have had. The ingredients just did not harmonize as well as we hoped it would. The yogurt was not horrible but I would say there wasn't anything that made it special. The consistency of the yogurt was a bit too runny for my liking, but that indicated it was in fact homemade. read more

I was able to schedule a reservation through their website. I was surprised that online reservations are even an option because it seems like a casual gourmet coffee shop w/ food, but it's so much more than that! We chose to sit at a table on the patio. The hostess set the table very nicely and seated us within 5 minutes of arriving. Service was very good; the little extras were impressive! I asked for salt and pepper, and Himalayan salt and fresh group pepper were served in a tiny bowl (1/2 and 1/2), instead of shakers. Guest #1- Seasonal Yogurt Bowl- very good! Guest #2- Aged cheddar waffle, pretty good, a little dry once the over-easy egg is eaten. Guest #3- Steak and eggs, delish!! The potatoes, steak, and eggs were perfectly cooked and so very tasty. I will definitely return! read more

Everything about the Arcade "family" is top tier. The food and coffee at every location is amazing. The workers are always friendly, the service is consistent, and what's better than supporting a small business group that goes above and beyond to support their local community? I'll always be a fan! Go. You won't regret it! read more

I LOVE ALL THINGS ARCADE. They have bomb coffee. And bomb-er food. I have only been to the downtown location twice. This one has a move urban / city vibe. I believe they also have dinner here and wine nights. If the dinner food is as good as their brunch then it will be great! I do feel like it's a little bit pricy. But they are fresh ingredients and local and everything is pricy now. They make their own syrups and they roast their own coffees. I always try their seasonal lattes (love that they have this) and I try to get things that are only sold at that particular location. read more

My boyfriend and I came here around 10:45am. There wasn't a long line. This was our first time, I got the steak and eggs and it came with a side of roasted potatoes. I got my steak medium well & scrambled eggs. My boyfriend got the spring pea grilled cheese. My dish was amazing, the eggs were perfectly scrambled and cooked. The steak was super tasteful. Lots of flavor. The cashier was super nice & everything came out pretty quickly as well. I loved the scenery of this place! I would definitely recommend trying this place out!! read more

Their steak and eggs go through a reincarnation every now and then. Currently, what I enjoyed most about it were the potatoes, then the eggs, then the temperature of the steak. The place is plenty popular though, so I hope to return when Arcade releases its next steak and eggs edition. read more

I like this place but they switched our orders. I ordered a decaf latte with almond milk. Lady firmly confirmed it was the decaf. Lo and behold, I drank my hunny's regular coffee with regular milk. I have a cold so my sense of taste is off. I only realized it was regular coffee when my chest tightened since I can't have regular coffee. I wish they'd at least put what kind of coffee they hand you on the side of the cup like normal coffee places. They just blindly hand your unidentified coffee in a plain unlabelled paper cup. Hipster baristas too proud to write on these cups like other coffee shops do. read more

It's a small trendy and bright place. It has outdoor seating where you can sit with your furry family member. Staff was very friendly. Staff does need to be a bit more attentive and aware of clients sitting. With said, my breakfast was delicious and portions were right. My husband thought his should be bigger. read more

I've been going to all 3 locations regularly for the past few years for coffee. Their coffee is my favorite and the breakfast at each location always been delicious. Tonight my husband and I had a date night and we had made reservations at another nearby restaurant but decided to check out the menu at arcade since we keep forgetting that they now serve dinner. We decided to stay and I have to say it far exceeded my expectations. My husband felt it was a tad pricy but not bad. We fully enjoyed everything we ordered. We ordered the carrots, the ribeye cap, and chocolate cake with spiced pear. My husband also ordered a couple of cocktails, one of them being "don't swallow the cap" which he compared to an espresso martini and said it's the best he's ever tasted. The service was amazing as always and we would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to try something different in the area. read more

One of the nicer cafés in DTR. Highly recommend their drinks! The presentation of the food it top notch and the steak and veggie sandwich was really good. Though the eggs were a bit runny and the taste was a bit bland. After hearing they were closing their dinner down, I finally decided to try Arcade Downtown, but was ultimately left disappointed. We ordered the kampachi crudo as our appetizer and this was definitely the best part of our meal. It was composed of beets, avocado crema, and blood orange. As for entrees, my table ordered the wagyu tacos, vegetarian pasta, and the rabbit pappardelle (not pictured). Our food took over 50 minutes to come out and was cold when it reached our table. The wagyu tacos didn't have much flavor and was missing a sauce or crunch. The vegetarian pasta tasted similar to an alfredo, although the presentation was pretty. The pappardelle was decent and tasted similar to a red sauce. Overall, the ambiance of Arcade is homey, but I wouldn't eat her read more

I came here for a brunch date on a Saturday and was very satisfied with the experience. First off, expect there to be a line and have your order ready. If you have a reservation you are guaranteed a table but you have to order and pay for your food ahead of time. Service -- Ordering food is a breeze. The cashier is great at recommending plates and drinks and getting you to your table swiftly. You are also greeted with a water jug once seated. Food -- Tastes fresh and is filling. Personally, the orange maple french toast is too sweet, probably a cause of the brûléed bread, and does not taste very zesty. A stronger orange flavor will definitely counter balance the sweetness. The vegetarian sandwich, however, is surprisingly delicious. Probably one of the most intricate and well-made items on the menu in my opinion. Our compliments to the chef on that one. Drinks -- The matcha drink is pretty, but not worth it. I am a strong believer in strong matcha, but this is not the case here. I also ordered the chai tea latte and it tasted better than most I have had. You can actually taste the spices. However, I was a little disappointed that they served me it in a to-go cup even though we were eating in and the other drink was served in a cup and saucer. Parking -- Garages 1, 2, and 3 have free all day parking on the weekends in downtown Riverside. We parked in the parking lot on Orange St, it has several open spaces and is a short walk from this brunch spot. Overall, it is a great place to have a quick bite with friends. I love that it is dog friendly as we enjoyed a cute pup doing trick in the waiting area. The layout of the place is also very nice with the drink bar in the center and an open kitchen near the back. read more

Walked into here because of course Mission Inn gave us problems with having to be a reservation yet they don't know how to pick up their phones and we were hungry for Brunch. This is an amazing spot! Way more than just a coffee house - - these people throw down incredibly yummy food, from excellent pastries to very creative dishes. I had to prosciutto + burrata tartine. And my friend had the chamomile French toast--loaded with dollops of chantilly cream. Yum!!! I am already planning my next visit here, and it's and hour's drive. Well worth it. Staff was also very kind, attentive and gracious. This is a winner place to meet friends halfway between LA and Palm Springs. read more
