There was a serious lack of transparency and communication regarding service. I was not called…read morebefore my roof was put on and found out they had worked on my house days after the fact as I had not been able to move in. Victor construction initially told me they would be replacing my roof as well as my gutters. However, only the roof got replaced. When questioned, they claimed it was a clerical error on their part and did not do anything to correct this. Not only that, but the roofers ran into my garage door causing it to need to be replaced. Victor Construction took very little accountability, making the roofer pay for the new door out of pocket. When I asked Victor roofing if they were insured, I never got an answer which increased my anxiety about the situation. After a week, the door was finally fixed but I had to make a lot of phone calls to get progress made. I also did not have the contact information of the person who broke the garage door for several days. As a first time home buyer and being new to this type of work, I felt taken advantage of during this whole situation. When my realtor tried to communicate with Victor Construction themselves, they were ignored and I was called because I had less experience dealing with these types of issues. I would not trust this company with projects if given the choice!
