POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER BEING PAID IN FULL We had a new roof installed by them a little over a year and a half ago. A few months after it was completed, my wife and I were on the back deck and bats started flying past our heads. I went in and got my spotlight and sure enought, there was a gaping hole in the corner where the roof meets the wall and there was insulation on the roof and a bat staring out the hole at me. I immediately reached out to Luke, whom I had been dealing with throughout the entirety of the process and sent him a picture of the problem area. He informed me he is no longer with them but he reached out to the owner who offered to come out and put a piece of flashing there for $200. We already paid thousands of $ for a new roof and gutters and this should have been done correctly the first time. To offer to come finish the job they'd already been paid for and charge me for it was an insult. Not to mention he didn't even address the bat issue which was clearly a direct result of them not doing their job correctly. Once I heard the owner's response, it was clear to me how they do business so I just figured I'd deal with it on my own. After trying a couple things on my end, the issue persisted so we called a company to come take care of it. Well, it's costing me $1300. I reached back out and informed the owner of the situation and as expected, he's not taking responsibility so I'm out an additional $1300 PLUS I now have to remove and replace all the insulation in my attic. In addition to all that, The gutter guys showed up on a random day and time in a rust bucket truck and not in uniform which was really odd. I had no idea they were even coming that day and no one called prior to their arrival. The roofers also knocked out my internet. I work from home and it took almost a week to get it fixed. I'm a business owner myself so I don't take leaving negative reviews lightly but the lack of care and resolution to a problem that is so obvioulsly directly related to their crew's negligence, I felt implored to warn people about the way they treat customers after being paid in full. If I were you, I would call someone else and avoid being treated the way we were. read more

If you are looking for a company with no integrity and an experience from hell then look no further. We have been more than patient with them (over a 2 year battle). They started our roofing job, the initial experience was great, but it ended horribly. They had a hard time getting their workers to show up. Things we discussed for our roof were not fixed, they then tried to patch over the roofing to try to attempt the draining issue, which it helped but did not solve and as a result of their patching it made the space unusable for furniture (flat roof), we had discussed the issue before the old roof was taken off, they did not address it before putting on the roof, then we discussed pulling off the material and redoing it, their guy showed up and did patch work. We talked again, owner agreed to pull it up and fix it the way it should have been and put the roofing over. No matter how many times we tried to get him to tell us when they were coming out they never did. They also ran into and broke my historical brick driveway which they used one of their guys to repair it and it looked like a 2 yr old did it so they hired a professional who I requested not to have done until I was around so I could chat with him about it to ensure it was done right to match the rest of the sides, that was not adhered to and the driveway tho looks better is not right (i had told them not to park their dump trailer in my driveway BEFORE they even began work - they ignored my request and did it anyway). The ordered the wrong color of roofing for my flat roof and charged me for the extra materials. They installed gutters on the side of my home and rear (they rear leaked and still does they said they would fix it they never showed up 2 years later its still leaking), I had not paid them the remaining balance b/c they were supposed to come out and fix the items. When the job was complete my insurance would release the remaining funds and we could pay them. Instead they hired a lawyer, a year later after going back and forth and them stating they would come fix it and sign the warranty and give to us... they never did, they never came. Our insurance company released all the funds for the completed roofs, except the one where it needed to be redone. In good faith they released this in the hopes this company would take the funds they don't get until the job is done and complete it. The owner had complained to my insurance agent that the job cost them too much and they didn't have the funds to do the correction with out some funds. Typically the roofer gets paid in full AFTER the job is done. SO I filed against their insurance company Matrix, a claim as recommended by insurance agency. I did not want to go this route. Their adjuster came out, and the claim was closed. Their lawyer, the company have ceased talking to us. We have now had damage done to our inside molding and wood floor due to a leak caused by their careless work. I have had 4 other leaks in my roof from their handy work since. I have never loathed a company so much. They say they care but at the end of the day when came down to it they washed their hands of us and chose not to do the right thing. I am left with a roof now they will not provide a warranty on that they installed. All we wanted was for them to do what they agreed to and we had no problem paying the remainder amount to them, but they took the funds which was about 90% of the roof cost and ran. They decided the remainder 10% was not worth fighting for and it was better to walk away than to do the right thing. If I could give them a negative review star I would. I waited and waited for them to make this right before leaving them a review. I think almost 3 years is plenty of time to do the right thing. read more

Collins was referred to me by a relative who knew Gabriel. Gabriel was not pushy but gave an excellent presentation that enlightened me to many things I was not aware. I had two previous roofing contractors give me estimates but they did not include the information that Gabriel had. Gabriel gave a very fair bid and the work was very good. Collins was referred to us by a Realtor friend to check our roof. Darrick Knight came out, checked it out and told us to contact our insurance company as we had a lot of hail damage. After the inspector came and gave the go ahead, Darrick got the ball rolling. The first day there were 2 guys and they got the whole back of a ranch house done, After that Bulmaro came and worked on the roof even thru Memorial Day by himself. His workmanship was AWESOME and everyone is commenting on the beautiful new roof, and he didn't even damage any of my flowers!!!! The gutters look great too. Darrick helped us through the whole process and made it easy on us. I would recommend them to anyone needing work done. And if you are needing a roof, ask for Bulmaro. read more
