Not accommodating whatsoever, instead constant gaslighting and excuses trying to get our home back to square one. I would 1000% not recommend this company. At the four month mark our home is still in a damaged state waiting on another contractor to complete repairs. In addition Revival Roofing has terrible housekeeping skills leaving us with three flat tires over the course of their shoddy work and repairs. Hunter said they would pay for the flat tires but never did like everything else Hunter said and didn't do. We paid them just to get them out of our life. Super frustrating and unkempt. Thanks Hunter.

Nick Easley was our Project Manager and we really couldn't compliment him enough for going above and beyond to provide us with world-class service. We really struggled with our insurance company throughout this process. We struggled with the insurance company calling back after we filed the hail damage claim. Then the insurance company only wanted to cover half of the roof replacement. At first the insurance adjuster told us only the back was going to be covered and then later said only the front would be covered. Nick was so patient, knowledgeable, and supportive. He came out multiple times during the project, aligned his schedule with the insurance company's contracted inspector (whom Nick was familiar with) and even joined me on a call with the adjuster. The way I see it, Nick saved us easily $5,000 out of pocket due to his experience and diligence. Once we got alignment with Insurance, Nick Easley even arranged his schedule so one of his visits would overlap with the visit from our gutter cover rep so they could coordinate work. The roof replacement was scheduled quickly to accommodate our tight depreciation deadline. Nick provided great communication through out the project- we knew what to expect with materials being dropped off, what we would do if the blizzard that week impacted the schedule, and he gave me a backup contact with Shamrock because he thought he would be inaccessibile for a period of time. The entire project happened when expected and the actual roof replacement only took one day. The crew that came out was very polite , efficient, and the finished roof looks amazing. The crew did a very nice job of cleaning up after the work and they paid extra attention to looking for rogue nails in our driveway. During and following the roof replacement, Nick came out to oversee the project and also looked for rogue nails in the driveway (I told him it was a concern for us). During Nick's final inspection we noticed a small piece of wood trim that was knocked off during the roof replacement. Nick had the crew supervisor return the very next day to replace it and paint it. We honestly have nothing but positives to say about Shamrock Roofing and their Project Manager, Nick Easley. I would be happy to recommend them to anybody that needs work done.

Their salesman got up there and much to my surprise, he came back down and said it looks good, but he spotted some light wood rot that I was able to fix myself. I was thankful for his honesty and we discussed the age of my roof, who put it on, and he used that info to help sell 50 year roofs to the rest of the neighborhood. As a person who roofed in my teens and into college, I was impressed with his professionalism, and being a sales manager,I liked his creativity. While watching his crew work, the tear off guys were lightning quick and the old roofs were hauled off the same day. The roofing crews that came in the next day worked their tails off despite the 100 degree heat. My next roof will definitely be put on by these guys, I'll accept no substitutes.

Because JG handled most of the communication with my insurance company, it took a lot of stress off of us, and we appreciate that. The team who put on the new roof were all great guys and extremely hard workers. They did their best to protect our landscaping and window screens, and when unexpected events occurred (like needing new decking because the original wasn't up to code), they rolled with it and never lost their good attitudes. We really appreciate their expertise; we've had several storms since our new roof went on, and there are NO leaks! Hurray! Special kudos to Garrett Robinson, my project manager; Brandi in the front office; and Joe Gentle, the owner, for being patient with all my questions and answering my concerns so thoroughly. They are very professional and quite obviously committed to great customer service. Thank you to everyone at JG Contracting for their excellent work and wonderful attitudes! Currently they are non-responsive. The roof replacement went well. Gutter replacement was okay. Siding replacement has been a nightmare. The first crew did such a horrid job that DHI had to tear the siding off and install it again. The second crew put a nail through electrical wiring that knocked out power to our internet box. When I turned on my air conditioning I found that they likely also put a nail into my in-wall coolant line which I am having repaired next week for nearly $4000. Brian is 2nd generation (at least); I started doing business with them when his dad was still running the business. We had a leak in a valley after buying our home and he went up there with a hose, in and out of the attic, etc. He spent a good amount of time figuring out what was going on, and how to best fix it. After fixing it, he said on the way out, "Let me know if it leaks again and we'll come take care of it." You've got to love a company that stands by their work! Over the years we've had a lot of minor repairs done both here and at our home in St Joe, put on a rolled roof, had flashing, shingles, and chimney masonry repair work done, put on a full shingled roof on our primary home, and had gutters completely replaced.
