They never seemed rushed. We hired them to remove our 50 year old board and batten siding, soffits and facia board. They installed new wall insulation, plywood, house wrap and James Hardie lap siding, soffits and facia board. They had excellent communication during the bidding process were patient with me throughout all of my questions about the expectations for the product and work as well as during the installation process. When contacted the team, I received a response in less than 24 hours and sometimes I received the response in person. They even fixed a problem with the roof that had never been resolved by a roofing company to ensure I didn't continue to have issues with water run off ruining my soffits. Every day they left the job site cleaner than it was when they started the job. My family and I always felt comfortable with everyone that was on site and they ensured there was as little disruption to our daily lives as possible. When there were delays in getting the windows, that I ordered separately, they were understanding and prompt in getting back out to my house to get the last piece of the job completed. We wish we could hire them to work on all of our contractor needs. I would recommend them over and over!

If I had known then, what I know now, I would have secured additional quotes from other experience roofers. I do not have issue with the workmanship of the 3 kick-out flashings your employee/contractor. As far as I'm concerned, he's a true craftsman's. I do, however, have issue with what you quoted as related to the amount of time spent on the project and the cost of the materials. If I had known your employee would spend less than 45 minutes at my house I would have gotten additional quotes. I believe the cost of materials (what I would have paid for the parts): Materials: $3.00, 3 each, 8 x 8 Step flashing, modified to be a kick-out flashing $1.00 each $1.00, 12 nails - Less than a $1.00 $7.00, 1 - Partial tube of caulking $11.00 total cost of materials Labor Charge out Rate: $700 less $11.00 equals $689 for less than 45 minutes of labor. My math shows your charge out rate of $918 an hour. You may recall, I mentioned these facts to you when you advised me the work had been completed. I'm going to pay this bill because I did not get additional quotes. I hope others will learn from my mistake of not receiving a second quote.

My husband worked with our neighbor and got a few different bids for the job, Royal was the best price and I was fully shocked at how quickly they could put up a wooden fence. I think my husband booked them one day, and they were out within a week, arrived around 7am, had the old fence down by 9, and the new one up by 12. Excellent work At old house Guys were great, Our Sunroom moved up and down depending on the season and we were having troubles both with cracks on the walls, opening and closing windows and troubles with getting the door shut. i saw the crack virtually disappear and the door and windows open and close easily. I did have to add 2 wooden posts as once the bottoms were dung up were pretty rotten. Guys did a great job cleaning up afterwards laying some seed down and hay over it.
