Shamrock Roofing's Nick Easley made it easy! Truly elated! We could not be happier with the service…read morewe received and the workmanship. Nick Easley was our Project Manager and we really couldn't compliment him enough for going above and beyond to provide us with world-class service. We really struggled with our insurance company throughout this process. We struggled with the insurance company calling back after we filed the hail damage claim. Then the insurance company only wanted to cover half of the roof replacement. At first the insurance adjuster told us only the back was going to be covered and then later said only the front would be covered. Nick was so patient, knowledgeable, and supportive. He came out multiple times during the project, aligned his schedule with the insurance company's contracted inspector (whom Nick was familiar with) and even joined me on a call with the adjuster. The way I see it, Nick saved us easily $5,000 out of pocket due to his experience and diligence. Once we got alignment with Insurance, Nick Easley even arranged his schedule so one of his visits would overlap with the visit from our gutter cover rep so they could coordinate work. The roof replacement was scheduled quickly to accommodate our tight depreciation deadline. Nick provided great communication through out the project- we knew what to expect with materials being dropped off, what we would do if the blizzard that week impacted the schedule, and he gave me a backup contact with Shamrock because he thought he would be inaccessibile for a period of time. The entire project happened when expected and the actual roof replacement only took one day. The crew that came out was very polite , efficient, and the finished roof looks amazing. The crew did a very nice job of cleaning up after the work and they paid extra attention to looking for rogue nails in our driveway. During and following the roof replacement, Nick came out to oversee the project and also looked for rogue nails in the driveway (I told him it was a concern for us). During Nick's final inspection we noticed a small piece of wood trim that was knocked off during the roof replacement. Nick had the crew supervisor return the very next day to replace it and paint it. We honestly have nothing but positives to say about Shamrock Roofing and their Project Manager, Nick Easley. I would be happy to recommend them to anybody that needs work done.

Their salesman got up there and much to my surprise, he came back down and said it looks good, but he spotted some light wood rot that I was able to fix myself. I was thankful for his honesty and we discussed the age of my roof, who put it on, and he used that info to help sell 50 year roofs to the rest of the neighborhood. As a person who roofed in my teens and into college, I was impressed with his professionalism, and being a sales manager,I liked his creativity. While watching his crew work, the tear off guys were lightning quick and the old roofs were hauled off the same day. The roofing crews that came in the next day worked their tails off despite the 100 degree heat. My next roof will definitely be put on by these guys, I'll accept no substitutes.

Not accommodating whatsoever, instead constant gaslighting and excuses trying to get our home back to square one. I would 1000% not recommend this company. In addition Revival Roofing has terrible housekeeping skills leaving us with three flat tires over the course of their shoddy work and repairs. Hunter said they would pay for the flat tires but never did like everything else Hunter said and didn't do. We paid them just to get them out of our life. Super frustrating and unkempt. Thanks Hunter.

I had loved working with this group over the years for quality gutter cleaning, but unfortunately…read moresomething must've shifted. My latest experience was just OK. The communication that had been so key early on had faded, and I honestly didn't know if we were on the schedule or had been completely punted. I had to follow up to ensure things were on track. It took multiple weeks to have someone out. I think it's because of the frequent rains throwing off the schedule, but again it felt my messages were sort of going to a void. They gave me about an hours notice when someone was coming out, and he did a really nice job. I was very surprised when I got the bill and it was $125 more than it's ever been in the past. Especially surprising because the email thread we had been going back and forth in had our prior invoice at $275, not at $400. When I asked what was up they cited that it took their employee three hours and my gutters were more clogged than before. To me, nothing has really changed, if anything we have had more trees trimmed back, and more importantly, I didn't know that would affect the cost so dramatically. It had been under a year and half since I last had them out. Had I known, I absolutely would've gone with a more reasonable option. I also felt like their response was a bit off-putting, and I'm surprised because again we've hired them at least three times and I've had such positive interactions up until now. I'll be looking elsewhere moving forward; they do a nice job, and are a professional enough company, but the lack of customer service and shockingly high bill will have me finding a new go-to for my annual gutter cleanings.

Jeff proactively followed up with me throughout the process--I never had to call him to ask for a status, and the crews did masterful work, even in cold conditions. They took extra steps to make sure that the job was done properly, such as using a slightly larger drip cap so that moisture wouldn't seep behind the guttering--which was a huge problem from the last time our house was re-shingled. Full disclosure here....Jeff and I were high school classmates. That fact is why I initially called Preferred Roofing, because I wanted a local company, not a fly-by-night storm-chasing group. Having seen Jeff at a class reunion, I knew that he was a project manager for a local roofer, so I gave them a call. It was Jeff's professional demeanor and impeccable integrity which he demonstrated early in the process that earned Preferred Roofing my business. The professionalism and demeanor of the crew reinforced and validated my decision. They worked well together, they worked hard and smart, and they cleaned up every day they were there. Not a roofing nail was to be found on my driveway, sidewalks, or deck. I enthusiastically recommend Preferred Roofing!
