He comes when he says he is going to, and he finishes quickly. His prices are reasonable, and when parts are needed, he tries to get the best price for you. We have had him quote several other jobs we need to be done around the house. And when we have the money to make the repairs done, he sets up a time when he can do it. I hired this company to cut a large tree from my front yard and two smaller trees in the back…read more They were affordable and ready to work. The problem came as they were doing the work. Not many safety procedures were used. When cutting the huge limbs, they just let them fall to the ground. When they got to the last 12 to 15 feet of the giant trunk, rather than cutting it down further, they decided to chop it at the bottom and push it over. Doing this damaged the sidewalk and retaining wall. While cutting my trees, they managed to hit the fences on both sides of the house, smash the handrail for the steps, crush my sidewalk in several places, collapse a retaining wall and left the entire neighborhood without power for the rest of the evening. Jeff told me they would be in contact to do repairs in a couple of weeks. After a month I contacted them asking when they would be returning. I sent pictures of the damage, and Jeff asked if I was trying to cheat him. I assured him the damage was created by his company. He gave me a date he would come back, but rescheduled the day before. The day they were to show up, he texted me saying they would be not coming and would come another day. I was becoming frustrated and asked him for his insurance information. He would not give me the information and instead offered me cash. I did not reply to his offer as I wanted to get an estimate on the repairs. When I got home late that evening I discovered he had come to "fix" his mess. Unfortunately, the north neighbors fence is still smashed, the handrail hasn't been replaced and the sidewalk still has huge cracks and a large hole. This company was a huge disappointment.

When I confronted Jeff about it, he became hostile, rude and upset that I confronted him. Jeff is sloppy, unprofessional and discourteous. In the process of removing my neighbors tree, he destroyed multiple items on their property - basketball hoop, driveway, grass, etc. If you want multiple items on your property destroyed - hire Jeff. If you want someone who has one hand doing work and one hand on his vape pen at all times - hire Jeff. If you make the mistake of hiring him, ensure you watch him work - beginning to end.
