Back in June, they damaged three large windows while cleaning causing over $7,000 in damage and the owners, Jack Sweet and Henry Mckee have been stringing me along since. I have been handed back-and-forth between the two owners who have blamed each other as responsible and have since had some sort of falling out. Initially they said they would take care of the damage and after dealing with them for six months now, Jack Sweet has washed his hands of the damage claiming it is not covered by his insurance. This has been a horrendous experience and I am now giving up on recuperating my losses because they are obviously just telling me what I want to hear but nothing has happened. If anyone from Xclusive Home Services shows up in your community, be sure to warn your neighbors they are in the area because they are negligent, unaccountable and obviously a scam.
