Everyone I spoke to at Gutter Cover Kansas City was so professional and polite - from the woman answering the phone, to the salesman that came out to provide us an estimate, to the installer that put the gutter covers on our home. Top notch people and we liked that they were a family owned business here locally. I got a few bids from other companies and appreciated that Gutter Cover didn't use pressure sales tactics to rush us into a decision. They educated us on why their product was excellent quality, how it worked, and what issues it would solve on our home. He was also the only salesman of the three companies that followed up with me after the initial bid and even sent a handwritten thank you note! The installation was efficient, completed on time, as scheduled, and in one day. We are so happy with how the covers look on our house and how they work. After the large amount of rain we've had over the last couple of weeks, we checked the gutters and they are completely clean and everything worked as it should. If you're considering gutter covers in Kansas City, these are the BEST! The product is quality, the price is reasonable, and the people are wonderful. read more

I wanted gutter covers for years but assumed they would be way to pricey - boy was I wrong. I was impressed with Doug and his knowledge of the product and delighted to have Mark as my installer. He discovered major problems in the roof over my screened porch (house built around 1920). Since he'd worked as a carpenter for 17 years, he was a perfect match for the job. I expected the final price to be much more than the contracted amount since it required so much more time and the expense of lumber. Initially it was thought I merely needed a new fascia board so Doug said it would be an additional $275. It turned out to be much more but he stood by the additional $275 which was amazing. I can't say enough about the level of customer service and pride this company exhibits. When it comes time for a new roof, I'm to phone them and Mark will come rebuild the roof over the screened porch so it will be fine and dandy for a new roof. Thank you so much! I am very pleased with the service I received from gutter cover. It was raining the day that the company representative came to give me an estimate, but that did not stop him from gathering his data and presenting it to me. He explained everything that the company would do and also demonstrated what the product looked like, using a sample, and how it would keep my gutter clean and prevent any future build-up of debris. I appreciated the thoroughness of his presentation. The technician that came to install the cover arrived on time, went right to work and did not stop until he was finished. He cleaned the gutter and also any additional debris from the installation. The final product looks great. It has not rained since the installation three weeks ago, so I am unable to comment on how the cover works, but I am sure it will work as advertised. Again, I want to say that I am very well pleased the my gutter cover. read more

We replaced our aging gutters and added drains to get water further away from the foundation of our 90 year old house. The sales rep made suggestions which exactly matched our needs without going overboard on major costly landscaping changes. Mark and the crew that did the installation did an outstanding job. When changes needed to be made on site , they were made on the same day without increasing the cost of the job. They stayed overtime to finish our project, cleaned everything up including some tree branches that had to be removed for proper gutter installation, and they even hauled off a fallen limb from our neighbors yard that had no impact on the gutter job. They were cordial, informative, and very efficient. They provided an unusually high level of customer service orientation , which is all too rare. read more

Gutter Cover of Kansas City has got to be the " Best Of The Best " gutter company in the entire area ! My roof , gutters & covers & my house siding all received severe damage from hail. Their field sales rep. Larry Parker was the most honest & helpful man I've ever dealt with. There were no delays ! As soon as the new shingles were on , the gutter installer was there & got all my gutters & covers installed in one day , just like Larry said would happen. And whenever I had a gutter cover question , Larry would always promptly answer his phone or instantly call me back if he was busy. I would highly recommend Gutter Cover of KC to anyone in need of clog-free gutters & covers. For nearly 15 years , I haven't had one problem with this style of gutters & covers except for my recent hail damage. read more

Gutter Cover of KC in Lee's Summit installed new gutters, gutter covers, and arranged for Legacy Seamless Siding (a sister company) to install seven replacement windows for my home, all in three days. The installers were professional and courteous, arrived in a timely manner, respected my property, and cleaned up after the work was completed. The owner of the company was extremely courteous, appeared on property during installation and was very helpful in arranging financing through a third party. The quality of the products (windows, gutters, and gutter covers) are all excellent and very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants top quality products installed by professionals. The upgrades will definitely increase the value of my home . read more

I first used Gutter Cover of KC in 2008 to install gutter covers on our home. They were able to install them on everything but our patio cover as it had an oddly designed and non-conforming gutter. The gutter covers have performed perfectly but we continued to have ongoing issues with clogging in the patio cover gutter. We recently replaced our patio cover and asked Gutter Cover to install a conforming gutter and downspouts along with gutter cover on the new patio cover. Now we are enjoying the same non-clogging gutter on our patio.....Thank you Gutter Cover of Kansas City. The work was performed professionally and ahead of anticipated scheduling! read more

We are returning customers from the year 2000. Our gutters were failing (originals) and we needed to replace with new gutter guards. Craig D. was very thorough and precise with what needed to be done. He even came out a second time to answer my husbands questions. The estimate was exactly right and the crew even did facia and soffit repair/ paint which other companies we talked with did not. Everyone on the working crew was top notch and diligent and worked with intensity. Craig did excellent follow up as well. We are very pleased with the work and the integrity of the Gutter Cover company. Lifetime warranty too!!! Thank you! read more

Mark & Josh did a great job! They worked well together & only came across 1 slight problem while installing the gutters & downspouts. It was resolved in a timely manner. The finished project looks great! No more "whirly gigs" & seeds to worry about getting stuck. My house is a dark color & I'm so glad the gutters came in black. I'd definitely recommend The Gutter Cover to anyone. The price, workmanship, installation & color choices are well worth considering. Give them a call. It's well worth getting a bid. read more

Gutter Cover installed new gutters and covers two weeks ago. We have had much rain here in Shawnee since then, and the covers and gutters are performing as promised! The covers blend into the roof perfectly. Gutters and covers work beautifully. Installation of both was done by Mark, who was respectful of our property and was very professional. Jim, our salesperson, was also professional and respectful, unlike others that gave us estimates. Thanks to Gutter Cover for a job well done and for a product that delivers! read more

I don't normally give recommendations. I make an exception for the people at Gutter Cover KC because they are exceptional. You will not find another business of its kind like them. The product is excellent and so are the people. Our estimator Paul was friendly and courteous, the office staff on the phone - Debbie, Sharon, & Marilyn - were always really helpful and the installers got the job done exactly as promised. They were a couple of nice guys as well. Thank you to the whole team. - Jim R. read more

The gutter covers look extremely nice. They look like crown molding on the house. I researched several other companies around town and nationally. KC gutter cover seemed to have the best product and are competitively priced if you don't require new gutters. I can't speak to functionality, as I haven't seen it in action in a heavy rain yet. read more
