We had a good experience with Gutter Cover; professional, friendly people, and more importantly, they got the job done at a fair price. Noticed when we bought our home a few years back that there were new gutters and downspouts, except for a key area around our side porch. One group told us "oh, you can't have gutters there based on blah blah blah." I was discouraged and went another rainy season without them, only to have water slapping off the sides and messing with the foundation around it. This group came out, sized it up quickly, explained how they would go about putting gutters on, and that it wouldn't be difficult. I think the group who said I couldn't have gutters on this part was speaking in code for: this is a small job and we don't want to do it. Fortunately, the Gutter Cover crew did. They were really booked out, so we put this on the calendar and waited a month or so. This was one area for improvement. After I signed on to have the work done, there was zero communication, no emails, follow ups, calendar reminders, nothing. I even forgot about it, so I gave them a call to check in and then I was put on the calendar for the following day. Not a big deal, but a confirmation email would've been nice. The work was done quickly, and while it's dusty and dry with no rain in sight, I'm sure they'll hold up well. One thing I want to add to close this out. It isn't the biggest job, and the name of the biz is Gutter Cover, so naturally they would want to sell me on those. The guy I visited with picked up quickly that it wasn't of interest to me at this time, and wasn't pushy or rude. I really appreciated that and it gave me confidence to book them. read more

He walked us through what he saw we needed after listening to our situation. No pressure, he took us through what he observed and let us make the decision. The bid was the best we had received and we went for it. They gave us a date and they showed up on time and went to work. Top notch people and we liked that they were a family owned business here locally. They educated us on why their product was excellent quality, how it worked, and what issues it would solve on our home. Don't know if the gutter covers work or not, yet as we haven't had any rain to speak of since they were installed. That being said, these guys do customer service right! I wasn't completely happy with the install and had some additional questions so I emailed my sales rep, Paul. He said he would get his technician out to talk to me and within about a week, Zach showed up. Very nice guy, very professional. Zach answered all of my questions and agreed that the install wasn't to their standards. I was afraid this meant putting me back on the schedule for a later date but Zach said, "I have my ladder and tools with me, I'll take care of it right now!" And he did just that. Normally, I would be very upset at the job not being done right in the first place but these guys took care of it so quickly and professionally that I'm kinda glad it happened just so I could see how this company handles adversity first-hand. Now we just need a good hard rain so I can see if these things really work! At least now if there is an issue, I feel assured that these guys will step up and take care of it. And let me tell you, having recently completed construction and painting projects utilizing five different companies, that's peace of mind that is hard to come by these days. Gutter Cover was the only company that was able to provide a bid within the week I was looking for solutions. Others were waiting 4-5 weeks before they would even schedule bids. Mike arrived and walked through the services and listened to requests and concerns. the initial bid inquiry was only for new rear gutter, downspout and gutter covers on front and rear gutters only. after review of the bid for those options, i had Mike complete a bid for covers for the entire home. Rates were reasonable and Mike was very detailed in what was provided, covered and how it would be completed. Gutter Covers installation was pushed out a couple weeks due to weather and schedules, although once completed, i didn't even realize they were installed! (thats a good thing!) had forgotten they were to install that day, and until i saw the invoice in the mailbox, I hadn't noticed they were there. We were very pleased with our project with Gutter Cover! We had received a bid from another company advertising on tv, but when the workers arrived to do the project, they said they would not honor the bid amount, required about a third more money than bid, and that they were not able do the roof patch work that the bid originally included.
