The 2nd installer that came out didn't like the way the windows had been wrapped, therefore they were re done. Very nice job and we couldn't be happier. Our siding was all replaced as well. Very nice job also. However, the siding company that supplied the product, Alside, is a different story. Unfortunately, there was a pigment problem with the color and it faded. Alside replaced the faded side and it did not match the other 3 sides, so they had to, unwillingly, replace all the siding. The sales representative for their company has been nothing but rude and threatening. He has plain out said he had no intentions of finishing the job and if we called again, he would get an attorney against us. ? It's his company, not ours. The corner pieces were not replaced and therefore, do not match. They also did not replace the plugs on a couple of shutters. We have two pieces that are buckled. Fortunately, Blue Springs Siding and Windows are going to make things right, and finish the job, that the Alside Representative refuses to finish. Read the warranty very well before agreeing to Alside siding products. Even with the warranty, it appears they have no intention to uphold their end.

Ermie McCush was the consultant who inspected my roof. He immediately placed a temporary fix on the area so no rain or wind would damage the interior of my home. This was performed free of charge even though he new I was taking bids for the project. He then showed me the different problem locations and told me what was required to fix the problems and whether minor problems would lead to major problems if not fixed. This review is long overdue…read more But new roofs, siding, guttering are really expensive and I don't want others to get burned by a less than reputable contractor. So, I'm finally writing it. To anyone considering using 'All or Nothing Roofing/Construction'- DO IT! Their level of customer service, construction expertise and courtesy was unsurpassed. They had competitive pricing and everyone with their company was very competent and fast. Their warranty was excellent and since they have a local office in the KC area, I don't have to worry about tracking them down in the future if there is an unexpected problem. We had the good fortune of having Ben Kendrick in charge of our job. Ben consistently had to go to bat for us with our insurance adjustor and the 'loss representatives' with our mortgage company. They lost our documentation, contradicted their own requirements, and were extremely difficult to deal with. I was beyond frustrated at their incompetence. Fortunately, Ben knew the lingo and the overall processes thoroughly. This allowed him to prevail on our behalf and hold others accountable. What a God send this guy was! I learned these type of tactics were not uncommon- they allowed the mortgage company to hold on to our money far longer than they should have and try to wear him down so he would give up. Didn't happen. So if you're needing a new roof/siding or guttering, just know that type of expertise, tenacity and communication skill will probably be necessary. They were fantastic to work with and I recommend them without hesitation!

In a nutshell, they have been very professional, communicative, helpful, and went above and beyond. I literally looked up their webpage to see if we needed anything they sell because I was so impressed. It's nice to have a company honor a warranty in a hassle-free way. This was from a previous owner and while the time-frame holds validity for the warranty, I'm sure they technically could choose not to honor it but they helped transfer it to our name. Additionally, in the age of designed obsolescence, it feels like nothing is quality anymore and we're always having to replace things. It's nice to have the alternate feeling; this is a quality door built to last and they helped keep it up for us. They fully replaced the handle, the frayed stripping on the bottom, and helped level it as it was sagging and letting air in the top corner. Lastly, the tech came out and made the repair, but had received the wrong weather stripping from the manufacturer. He noticed a spot where our dogs had ripped up the outer-stripping -- I didn't even try to get that fixed in our request because that's totally on us, but he told us he'd get it all taken care of and was back out a few days later. He wouldn't even take the trade-call warranty fee charge ($65) until the job was done right. Great company -- definitely reach out to them first and I hope you have as good of an experience as we did.
