The initial installer completely botched our shower door installation--he cut the bottom rail too short, threw away the manufacturer's guide pieces, and glued the center guide three inches off-center (claiming it needed to align with our toilet, which made absolutely no sense). When we called his manager at 2:00 PM on a Friday to report this, we were told the installer had already 'left for the lake' for the weekend. When the manager finally came out on Monday, he offered nothing but finger-pointing and excuses. He blamed the quality of the doors we purchased and claimed they weren't designed for our shower, rather than admitting his installer simply failed to read the instructions. He brought the original installer back, but instead of fixing the issue, they just shoved shims into the frame to force it to function. We had to escalate the issue to the main office. A second manager agreed it was wrong, but made my husband do the legwork of contacting the manufacturer to order a new frame and replacement parts. Once the parts arrived, it took another month of multiple phone calls just to get back on their schedule. Fortunately, the second crew they sent out consisted of two very capable gentlemen who finally fixed the damage properly. Throughout this entire month-long ordeal, not a single person from management apologized for the frustration, delays, or terrible craftsmanship. We had explicitly told the salesman that we had future projects lined up (gutters, kitchen counters, sink, and dishwasher) that we wanted them to do if this went well. Because of this experience, we will absolutely be taking our business elsewhere. Furthermore, the friend who originally referred us was so upset by how we were treated that she has already canceled an upcoming referral she had planned to send their way. A massive disappointment.

I had someone on my roof who was screening off areas where critters could access our attic and they told me that flat roof needed to be replaced, sooner than later. I contacted several companies recommended by people on the Nextdoor app. One company came out to give me a quote but never returned my calls. Another company told me they were only doing roof replacements. I appreciated their honesty. I was very specific when I called roofing companies; I didn't need a new roof. One guy came out and told me he could contact my insurance company and tell them my roof had been damaged from a storm. We'd not had any damage to our roof from storms and that's bordering on insurance fraud. I decided to check out Yelp recommendations and saw that Easton had a lot of good reviews. When I called, they were very nice and told me they'd send someone out. The guys from Easton were there on time and they gave me an estimate. The estimate was very reasonable so I called to schedule the repair. The workers were very nice, professional, timely and they were there everyday until it was finished. They cleaned up after the repair so I wasn't finding random pieces of roofing material. Everyone, from the woman who answered the phone to the guys who did the repair was very nice and the whole process was seamless. Easton completed the repair and after years of checking ceilings, I can finally relax. Another contractor I'd used to remodel our house often needed access to the roof. I didn't ask him to check the flat roof but while he was up there, he wanted to check it out. He assured me they'd done a very good job and then asked for their info so he'd have the name of a good roofing company if one of his clients was looking to replace their roof. When an outstanding contractor is impressed with the work done by another company and asking for the company's info, that says a lot. To anyone considering using 'All or Nothing Roofing/Construction'- DO IT! Their level of customer service, construction expertise and courtesy was unsurpassed. They had competitive pricing and everyone with their company was very competent and fast. Their warranty was excellent and since they have a local office in the KC area, I don't have to worry about tracking them down in the future if there is an unexpected problem. We had the good fortune of having Ben Kendrick in charge of our job. Ben consistently had to go to bat for us with our insurance adjustor and the 'loss representatives' with our mortgage company. They lost our documentation, contradicted their own requirements, and were extremely difficult to deal with. I was beyond frustrated at their incompetence. Fortunately, Ben knew the lingo and the overall processes thoroughly. This allowed him to prevail on our behalf and hold others accountable. What a God send this guy was! I learned these type of tactics were not uncommon- they allowed the mortgage company to hold on to our money far longer than they should have and try to wear him down so he would give up. Didn't happen. So if you're needing a new roof/siding or guttering, just know that type of expertise, tenacity and communication skill will probably be necessary.
