BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY IN WARRENSBURG: Company has not returned to finish the window and siding job…read morestarted in March and via email they are not going to complete the job but they're wanting the final payment! We are still sitting with no sliding glass door, no side door, no screen door, no shutters, no outlets and vents replaced, and windows that are needed uninstalled and reinstalled correctly per a Pella premium installers, along with the new siding that will need painted due to damaged pieces being installed and nails being covered with colored cocking. This is per the James Hardie company after sending pictures. This all started because I had a leak in my roof and I contacted this company to do a brand new roof and was sold on windows and siding. With the rain we have received the last few weeks, you can hear raindrops coming in around my chimney where the original leak started. After another roofing company came to my home last week to see why I was hearing water dripping behind my fireplace when raining, we were informed and shown pictures that my roof was not properly installed! I am obviously not a roofer and I thought at least the roof (which I have paid for in full) was probably done correctly to now be informed that it also was not done properly and now literally every part of this job has to be redone!!! Per our contract, we are to have mitigation before any legal action can be taken! So how is it a company with this stipulation is able to just walk away from a job because it is just too much to correct and make right?!? There is a reason this company has shut down the Lees Summit location and is only practicing out of Warrensburg Missouri! And how long until they are shut down in Warrensburg? I have never placed a bad review for any company until this has happened with Integrity Roofing, Siding and Windows!!! I have been taken advantage of beyond belief and fell for every line they gave about being a Christian based God-honoring company!!!! People can lie but PICTURES DON'T....

Update 8/26/20 - after my original review I was contacted by Will Andersen, the owner of the…read morecompany. What a night and day difference from our initial impressions! Increasing my review from two stars to five, and that's only because six stars aren't an option! Will checked into what had happened with our original quote. Turns out the lack of follow up was due to a bad handoff of info when the estimator who we originally worked with was let go from the company, and our estimate had fallen between the cracks. Will sugarcoated nothing, and was straight with us on what had happened. Not only was he extremely apologetic for the situation, he was extremely determined to show us that our original experience is not what Andersen Contracting is about as a company. Will came out personally to rework the original quote, which we had in a matter of days. He was helpful in assisting us in planning the project, answered all of our questions, and went above and beyond in adjusting the quote as our scope of work evolved. Here's the kicker - over a period of weeks while it took us far, FAR too long to make our final selections and decisions, Will was nothing but patient and helpful... I'm embarrassed to admit he was far MORE patient with us than we were in our first dealings with his company. He checked in periodically to check on status and offer any assistance we might need, but was never pushy or pressuring. Great customer service, and I can't say enough good things about how well we've been treated. I'm pleased to report we've finally made our final selections and are ready to move forward with our project - and that we have now experienced the reasons why Andersen contracting has the stellar reviews they carry here and on other sites. I look forward to reporting back on the finished project and sharing pictures, and I know we're in good hands.

Another 5 stars for Eldon and Sons! Tom, the owner came over to look at a water problem I was…read morehaving. I thought I needed larger guttering in a certain area. He looked the situation over closely and told me what I needed and gave me the name of a company that does that type of work. My neighbor asked for his opinion on her situation and he said her guttering was too small for the volume of water. He sent a crew out four days later and completed the job for her. One of the crew members noticed something had been done wrong by another company when he got up on the roof. She is going to have Eldon and Sons correct that before it becomes a bigger issue. I also had two replacement windows go bad. I called Jerry at Eldon and Sons and he ordered the replacements which were installed the day they did my neighbor's guttering job. No charge. No hassle. They were glad to take care of the problem. If all businesses related to construction and otherwise did business the way Eldon and Sons does, there would be a lot more happy homeowners. Too often I hear nightmare stories about home repair companies and I cringe. I never hestitate to refer anyone to Eldon and Sons. That includes my fellow yelpers!
