I was given Rayne-Storm's info from a neighbor, and went with them instead, and I'm glad I did because that previous company has moved on. I've had some follow-up questions and Rayne-Storm took care of everything even after all work was done. They also were very patient when dealing with waiting on my insurance company for the numerous checks that had to be signed by them and my mortgage company. Installation of the new roof was FAST; right around 2.5 days. They also had employees to take care of the interior drywall damage from the previous roof, and that work was done the day after I made the phone call. I highly recommend this company for any household needs!

We had United replace our roof and gutters last year…read more It was made very clear to us from everyone we dealt with at United that our house was not a priority. We would be told someone would show up to our house on a certain date and no one would show up and it would take 3 days to get someone to call us back. The excuse was that they were just so busy it was hard to keep up with everything, like us paying them to work on our house was a favor. It took 3 months for the everything to be completed. Now in 2012 there are problems with the work they did and it's been over a month and they have still not shown up to fix it. We have been told several times they would be out but again no one shows up.

Our roof needed repairing but it didn't need to be replaced. The top of our roof is flat and if we…read moreget water in our house, it comes from that flat roof. The company who'd replaced our roof didn't replace the flat part. They said it didn't need to be replaced. It was a rainy day when they collected the check. As soon as they were gone, our family room ceiling opened up and gallons of water poured in. The roofing company agreed to replace the flat roof but they did a sloppy job. I had someone on my roof who was screening off areas where critters could access our attic and they told me that flat roof needed to be replaced, sooner than later. I contacted several companies recommended by people on the Nextdoor app. One company came out to give me a quote but never returned my calls. Another company told me they were only doing roof replacements. I appreciated their honesty. I was very specific when I called roofing companies; I didn't need a new roof. One guy came out and told me he could contact my insurance company and tell them my roof had been damaged from a storm. We'd not had any damage to our roof from storms and that's bordering on insurance fraud. I decided to check out Yelp recommendations and saw that Easton had a lot of good reviews. When I called, they were very nice and told me they'd send someone out. The guys from Easton were there on time and they gave me an estimate. The estimate was very reasonable so I called to schedule the repair. The workers were very nice, professional, timely and they were there everyday until it was finished. They cleaned up after the repair so I wasn't finding random pieces of roofing material. Everyone, from the woman who answered the phone to the guys who did the repair was very nice and the whole process was seamless. Easton completed the repair and after years of checking ceilings, I can finally relax. Another contractor I'd used to remodel our house often needed access to the roof. I didn't ask him to check the flat roof but while he was up there, he wanted to check it out. He assured me they'd done a very good job and then asked for their info so he'd have the name of a good roofing company if one of his clients was looking to replace their roof. When an outstanding contractor is impressed with the work done by another company and asking for the company's info, that says a lot. If we have to replace our roof, we'll definitely use Easton and if anyone needs a roof replacement or repair, I highly recommend them. They've earned those 5 star reviews.
