We would be told someone would show up to our house on a certain date and no one would show up and it would take 3 days to get someone to call us back. The excuse was that they were just so busy it was hard to keep up with everything, like us paying them to work on our house was a favor. It took 3 months for the everything to be completed. Now in 2012 there are problems with the work they did and it's been over a month and they have still not shown up to fix it.
