I told her I was the sole decision maker on the project, and that with two children, one with special needs, having a sales call during the evenings or on a Saturday was not an option. She insisted that it was company policy to have both homeowners present for a sales call in order to generate a quote. I will not be working with this company and will not recommend it to anyone.

It has now been 8 weeks and no one has contacted me so I started trying to contact them this week. I call the number listed on the business and they appear to use a service so while the person answers as their business all they can do is take a message and send it over to the "office" I left a message on 8/10/21 and no response, called again today 8/14/21 since I have still not heard from anyone and asked to talk to someone in the office and the person said he could just take a message and send it over. I would never recommend this company to anyone as my experience with them has been horrible and now I cant even talk to anyone at the actual company.
