Way cool! He showed up in that ten minutes, was very professional, and efficient. The prices quoted were reasonable so I told him to replace both springs (if one fails the other couldn't be far behind). Cleanup was notable and the door operated smoothly. What more could I ask for! Even though 30 day notice had been given to all occupants, one tenant was difficult to work with. Zen Windows provided via e-mail a 3 page flyer of what to expect so that I could print and deliver to occupants, along with dates of installation. Tenant is an artist/horder that had possessions stacked to ceiling in front of windows and only narrow paths to walk/access each room of the 1 bedroom apartment. Tenant also has bum leg and various ailments making situation even more difficult. When John informed us that our special order windows of bronze exterior/almond interior, would be arriving a week early; tenant still needed the additional time to prepare for installation. John's professional installers worked with us through this situation and completed all other windows in the building and returned the following week on Monday, April 20th to complete the job. Tenant had invalid or petty complaints throughout installation, even though the informational flyer that they had received clearly outlined what was occurring. Throughout the 2 to 3 hours it took to install the windows in the one bedroom unit, John's team of installers worked quickly and efficiently to please everyone. During the install a previous termite infestation that had been successfully treated by a prior owner was discovered. It was in the base wood of a window that is close to the ground in the lower or garden unit of the building. They called me in to look at the situation. It was decided to remove the damaged wood and confirm that there was no activity of pests. Once that was done, one of the installers left to get new replacement material. Within an hour they told me that $50 was the cost of the repair and that I may possibly have to have an outside repairman for the drywall, because they do not do drywall. As it turned out; they did everything with minimal damage to the drywall and all I had to do was a little touch up paint. No drywall repair was needed. Installers were on time. Picked up and cleaned all debris. Did not leave cigarette butts. Additionally, we had one small owners unit that is not a complete apartment, but just a sleeping room with a window unit air conditioner. We bought new pleated adjustable sizers that were to be placed and fitted on either side of the A/C unit and John's team reinstalled the A/C better than it was before. Just an amazing job. We are very pleased and have recommended Zen Windows to anyone we know that asks about the new windows or are contemplating new windows. For the one tenant it was like giving childbirth. For the rest of us it was easy while the installers did all the hard work. Now that is over, EVERYONE loves the new windows with no cloudiness and crystal clear views.

By the way the awful voicemail that the measurement guy left for me was I know you're in there why don't you answer. Now I work late so I get off late so I wake up late. Yes I was in there I was asleep and that's the voicemail I woke up to. Not only that like I say they strung me along for a whole year just to fix some clips that had broke in the storm door that they installed. And the frame that they installed had cracks in it. Anyway I ended up calling Thermal King again they installed me a new storm door front and back fixed precision mistakes including the cracks in the frame. So that's who I suggest Thermo King. The pictures that's I put in with this review is the frame that they installed I don't have a picture of the storm door. But like I said not even a year later the clips broke.
