I have been working with All Weather Window and Doors since 2018. They have now installed all the windows in my house, my back porch slider door and my front door. While the quality of the products is excellent, what has kept me coming back to them is their fantastic customer service. They come when they say the will, and everything they installed has been absolutely perfect. The family owned business is well run and could handle our higher maintenance custom order. We put in a new back door off of our Kitchen with a small mechanical dog door on the bottom. The paint on the out of the door and the inside matched and everything was seamless. The cost seemed very fair for the quality that we needed in an exterior door. Now, the company is not the fastest so if you are looking to do a quick kick on your project you might find someone faster. Basically the cost of a better deal is dealing with their time schedule of when they can get to you. Since they provide quality at a reasonable price, call early and get started with a meeting and education of your options. We just had our second group of windows installed by All Weather Windows. Jack and Blake Beerbower did an excellent job with the install. They went above and beyond the call of duty by spraying for ants which they discovered when the old windows were removed. Like a previous review stated the time from measure to install may be a little long but the quality of their work is worth the wait IMO. read more

The exterior of our house had been neglected for too long, and needed windows, doors, and siding repaired. While we knew this, the City also let us know. We wanted to work with a locally owned company, where we could talk with the owner if any issues came up. We now have all new windows, which I'm sure are much more efficient. We got a letter from the city back in March telling us our front door doesn't meet "city code". We went to the big stores and were not at all excited about the selection. We frequently pass All Weather on our commute so decided to stop in just to see what they had. They had the usual stuff on the showroom floor, but Doug didn't want to just make a sale. He genuinely wanted me to be excited about my purchase. He happily spent a great deal of time with me finding the perfect style and the perfect hardware. They also had a "virtual catalog" with more choices that allowed you to really see the door you are considering. I ended up with an absolutely gorgeous door that couldn't be any more uniquely me. I was not expecting to be so excited about a door, but like I said, I had no idea how much you can really reflect your own personal taste. Show the world who lives in your house by choosing something that is really unique to you. Working with all the staff at All Weather was like sitting down with a long-time friend. They were very attentive to our needs and spent all the time necessary with us to explain all the details. I am not great with doors and windows. The job went quick and clean, I felt comfortable leaving the workers to do their jobs and went about my normal day. What a great bunch of people and the products were far above anything the big box stores offered. Selection was incredible, and price was well within my budget. Doug the owner was great in answering all our questions. Absolutely the most ill advised recommendation I ever took. We hired at the suggestion of our roofing company who thought they could work together. All Weather immediately ceased conversation with everyone involved until us threatening a lawyer long after the roofing company was finished. Work was not done to HARDI siding company standards. Many days of work were missed trying to salve issues we still are not sure were addressed properly. Please save yourself the headaches, Blue Springs Siding did our shop for 1/2 the price All-Weather bid and did work in conjunction with the roofers and it looked like they wrote the instruction manual. read more

The need arose for a new patio door. I toured the large warehouse stores to familiarize myself with a few features, that were being offered. Since I am more like Tim Taylor than Al, (for all you old tv buffs), I wanted someone to professionally do everything for me. As I have said all I want to do is write the check and bitcfh to someone if there is a problem. Selecting All weather Door on Johnson Drive was a fit for that order. They not only helped me pick out what I wanted, Measured everything for me, doors were custom ordered, so you didn't have to make one fit that might not. There was a catalog to select the handle and hardware to match your needs. Lots of optional dress up items for the more fancy shoppers. The day arrived for installation, and I was nervous. I fear being burned by someone that knows my lack of knowledge on matters of the home. I am happy to report all came off without a hitch, looks great operates wonderfully, and can already tell that I should have done this a long time ago. The thermal insulation and reflective coating makes a noticeable temperature difference on a hot summer day. would highly reccommend the crew at this establishment. read more

Jack Beerbower and crew were professional, courteous and performed high quality installation of a door, a window replacement and a conversion of a door to a window. He and his team were flexible, took all comments in stride and even came up with solutions due to house conditions that greatly improved the finished product. We had dogs, a baby and out of town visitors staying with us and this created distractions that didn't seem to affect them in the slightest. Very knowledgable people who take the time to make sure you are getting what you need. I had an unusual order in that I wanted door glass only, not the door with the glass. They measured to make sure their glass would fit in my existing door. They followed-up after installation to make sure I was satisfied. I had my experienced painter in a week later and he said he had not seen such good glass door work before (he took All-Weather's contact information for future use). read more

Sales rep (Will) visited with me today to quote the replacement of 2 large windows and 1 small bathroom window. A dead cat could've acted more enthusiastic about getting my work. Before even seeing each of the windows, explaining my window options or anything related to selling me a product/service, he asked my budget and timeline. When I said I'd hoped for the next 30 days, he quickly told me he's 8 weeks out. This could've been told to me over the phone since the lady who set up my appt said Will would be calling to get more information about my project but he never called. Based on this and other things he said (ie: Are you planning to replace all the windows?...Had he actually taken the time to look, he would've seen that all others had already been replaced.), I got the feeling my project was just too small for him so I finally had to ask just that. His tune quickly changed and he finally pulled out a tape measure and acted interested. At each window, he asked "What do you want to do here?" and I would turn the question back to him to give me options at which point the answer was always the same...vinyl double hung. (Keep in mind these are 3 VERY different types of windows.) The window in the kitchen is huge and is going to cost an arm and a leg but I also know what options are more costly than others. When I asked Will about the 'double hung' option he tossed at me being more costly than a picture window, he responded saying he didn't know until he "got back to his computer to punch in the measurements". Even I know that when it comes to windows, anything that opens is going to be more expensive than something that doesn't of the same size. In addition, the entire kitchen has been gutted and is in the middle of being renovated so there's drywall dust on the floor. He is carrying the biggest laptop bag I've ever seen crammed full of stuff. It's more like the size of an overnight bag. He doesn't want to set it in the dust so he sets it on a small 12"x6" box that's sitting on the ground. He must've caught a glimpse of what was inside as he was sitting his bag on top since the box was open because he picked it back up...luckily. It was a light fixture for the kitchen! The quote came in later that day and it was 2.5 times more than the other two bids I had received. So disappointed with my experience. read more

We ordered a front door and master bedroom window. They were careful to match the trim paint with the existing colors and get the color selection correct for our front door. The men doing the installation were wonderful. They made friends with our dogs, kept their work area clean, and went above and beyond what they were contracted to do. Probably not the cheapest place to work with, but you get what you pay for. We would use them again. read more

I chose this company for the same reasons the previous reviewer did. My husband and I wanted to simply write a check and have the project managed by someone else. This was not the experience we had with All Weather Window and Door. We had three doors and two screen doors replaced and had a specific timeline that the project had to be completed in. The salesman assured us this would not be a problem, that 5 weeks would be plenty of time. Long story short, they ordered some of the wrong doors and hardware, came out on the deadline date and did half the project, leaving the other half for two weeks later. Our house was a mess during this time and we had two events in our home with many guests coming through. Both the project manager and sales manager were unresponsive to our concerns and complaints. I always try to choose a small business over a big box store, but in this case I was left wishing I had just gone across the street to Lowes. It would have saved me time, money and frustration, and I would have ended up with the same product. read more
