Then the second trip they realized that the shower doors were cut too short. they promised that they got the measurements correct but when they were supposed to install, they NEVER showed up. I finally had enough, and I filed a report with the Attorney general's office and even though they are not a BBB company, I was still able to file a complaint with the BBB. They might be a company to install a window, but I WOULD NEVER trust them with a shower door

They come when they say the will, and everything they installed has been absolutely perfect. The installation crew worked extremely hard and they were so careful in their work. They paid attention to small detail and made sure that they were installed correctly. There were a few small issues with some of the windows from manufacturing and installation, but they were quick to fix and made everything right. After the corrections, I found one more minor issue, and they were out in a couple of days and got it resolved. We are very pleased with these windows and can already tell a difference in our heating/cooling and are excited to see the savings we have on our utility bills!

They completely removed and disposed of the gutters due to a mistake by the siding crew and somehow I had to pay for the gutters to be replaced. If they had manned up and paid for there mistake it would be a 5 star review. My having to spend additional unplanned on funds for their screw up is why it's only 3 stars.
