After reiterating to him that I wanted this project completed quickly after the foundation project, he reassured me that he had plenty of men for the job and they could get it done immediately after my foundation repair. When I called him to talk about coming out for a second time, he immediately said he was not available until the following week. I told him that he had promised to be not only come out and quote me, but to complete the job in the same week. I should have went with my gut on this one, but I stupidly put my faith in his promise. Then the second trip they realized that the shower doors were cut too short. they promised that they got the measurements correct but when they were supposed to install, they NEVER showed up. I finally had enough, and I filed a report with the Attorney general's office and even though they are not a BBB company, I was still able to file a complaint with the BBB. They might be a company to install a window, but I WOULD NEVER trust them with a shower door
