I have used several contractors over past few years whose work has ranged from awful to acceptable and it is so refreshing to work with a company where everything is just done right. Basically the cost of a better deal is dealing with their time schedule of when they can get to you. Since they provide quality at a reasonable price, call early and get started with a meeting and education of your options. After reiterating to him that I wanted this project completed quickly after the foundation project, he reassured me that he had plenty of men for the job and they could get it done immediately after my foundation repair. When I called him to talk about coming out for a second time, he immediately said he was not available until the following week. I told him that he had promised to be not only come out and quote me, but to complete the job in the same week. I should have went with my gut on this one, but I stupidly put my faith in his promise. Never again! Do not recommend at all! Beware of his false promises!

If I could give zero stars I would. They were supposed to install my shower doors. They cancelled…read moreone scheduled appointment at the last minute then when they came out the doors were too long and would not be able to work. Then the second trip they realized that the shower doors were cut too short. they promised that they got the measurements correct but when they were supposed to install, they NEVER showed up. I finally had enough, and I filed a report with the Attorney general's office and even though they are not a BBB company, I was still able to file a complaint with the BBB. They might be a company to install a window, but I WOULD NEVER trust them with a shower door
