DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I cannot say this enough. They DID NOT obtain permits. They DID NOT have city inspections of work. They DID NOT use licensed contractors to fix my plumbing pipes that they broke. They DID NOT complete the scope of work I paid for. They DID NOT use a licensed electrician to install a dedicated circuit for the sump pump, tried to wire it to a light socket. Absolutely not up to code. This is only the tip of the iceberg. They have changed their name, changed their contacts, but they have not changed the quality of their work. Last time I checked, this company wasn't even allowed to work in Raytown. Make sure they have an active license and insurance. Check with the state the city, make sure that they have obtained authorization through the city. Their proper permits to do the work that they're saying they will do. Better yet just don't hire them. They will not fix the problem and absolutely will add to whatever issues you already have. You will have to pay more out of pocket to hire someone else to come in and fix everything that screw up or don't do. Read all reviews on all platforms. I will review this company everywhere I can. The only reason I gave this one star is because I have to in order to leave a review. Otherwise there would be negative stars. read more

Absolutely awful company. SFS did basement waterproofing for us in the summer of 2022. Not only did they destroy our driveway and several other areas of our property and refuse to pay for it. We also had multiple leaks in our basement less than 6 months later requiring the entire basement to need to be redone. And we have been trying to get their insurance company to pay for that for 7 month. But like SFS, they are ghosting. I can't say enough bad things about the quality of work.
