Tristan arrived and was professional and communicated clearly in what the issue was and how he would go about repairing it. The quote was fair and easy to understand. I was really impressed with this company. In the end it took longer than he'd hoped as he ran into a few unanticipated issues but he figured it out and got everything working properly. 5+ Stars. Mr Taylor was fantastic to work with to get a new garage door opener installed on some out of state rental property. I had talked 5 or 6 other garage door companies and they wanted to schedule 3-6 weeks out when I needed work a lot sooner than that considering I was traveling back and forth between states. I spoke with Stephen on a Tuesday & we met up on Wednesday. He was flexible with my travel schedule and delivered quality product/work at the cost he quoted. We are new to the state, and are 3 days into our new home. We needed someone to install our garage door opener, so we called three different companies to see their prices and availability. The first two locations said $190 and $117, and the soonest they could do it was Monday or Tuesday. We called Team Taylor, and he said $109 and he could do it that day!!! All the reviews we came across said that Stephen Taylor was professional, timely, hard working, etc. All the reviews were 100% correct. He came out to our home yesterday early afternoon, the same day that I called their business to give me a quote for the newer wall mount garage door openers. Mr. Taylor listened to every concern I had, worked with my husband and I to get exactly what we needed. The best part was he didn't give a high pressure sales pitch! For starters I reached out on a Friday I was contacted the same day, I was able to get next day service on my garage during the time frame I requested. I had a great experience with this family owned business. They scheduled a same day appointment and showed up promptly on time. Stephen offered a wide range of solutions to our garage door problem. I had worn out springs and pulleys that were causing my door to be inoperable. The parts Team Taylor used to replace my pulley system was of higher quality than the parts replaced. I used a Groupon to pay for an inspection, tune up, and replaced the rollers. They were able to schedule us within two days. On the day of the appointment they kept us informed of where we stood in the schedule. They were here when they said that they would be here Our technician was Stephen.
