Four services calls and 3 separate handymen later...one of the gates I have to kick open, the other was Frankensteined with additional hardware and new pieces of wood and looks completely ridiculous. When he arrived he had all the proper tools to paint including ladders, extensions for rollers, the trim wedge for corners and precise lines (we provided the paint and some brushes). He even created his own contraption that protected the walls from any sort of damage while using the ladder at the tall heights as an a-frame ladder was still too short. Apparently though he thought it meant half the things wrong. Not completely fixing the exterior issues but just some of them. Pictures taken are not up close and show large sides of house, yet not all repairs were included they said. Who requests half repairs for $6K. No one I know. One spot gets fixed but not the one right next to it. They are more than happy to come back to fix everything but will have to add on a few more thousand dollars. PLUS they leave a porta potty for before work is started and then 4 days after their half work is done it's still there. My HOA is not happy. We are not happy. Very friendly workers but what was done is NOT worth $6K. I would NEVER have agreed to the service if it only included partial work. I'd rather watch $6K in cash burn in my fireplace. WILL NEVER use again or even mention a referral.

After a look, he told me the unit is working very well and needed no replacement.
