He was a very hard worker and had good vibes. Even when the job took almost twice as long as he suspected, he didn't complain or try to charge me more. He just apologized that he was taking so long. It was a nice gesture, but it was unnecessary because I know how these sheds can be sometimes. But again, that was nice of him. Communication for scheduling was perfect as well. Which in my opinion is a vital aspect of providing a service. I would definitely hire him again. The property I stay on currently has upcoming projects in the future so I asked him if he could do this, and that. His response was funny as he said," it would be easier to tell you what I can't do" or something along those lines. The finished driveway looks clean and professional: nice joints, a trench drain at the street, and the rock border ties the turf and garage together really well. The step he poured at the front of the house with leftover concrete was a bonus I hadn't even thought to ask for, and it saved me from paying double to have that done as a separate job. What stood out most was how Ethan handled the project. He's the owner, he's hands-on, and he actually cares about delivering what you pictured. When a couple of things didn't go exactly as planned, he worked with us until we got the result we wanted instead of pushing a shortcut. The service man showed up promptly at 830am and knocked out all of the tasks on our to-do list and a few other items that we assumed would have to be done by a more specialized professional.
