Rather than sanding and smoothing the bottom of the tub, which was very rough, they somehow made the entire tub, edges, top, etc, now feel like sandpaper, with rough bubbles all over, and raised sharp areas in random spots. The exterior finish is now smeared and bubbled instead of a smooth finish. The worker also did zero cleanup, tracked wet white debris down our hardwood stairs, marring the finish, and even peed in the toilet and left it for us without flushing. Oh yes, and he used our nice towels to hold his tools. STunned at this terrible experience. So far I've called twice and emailed 3 times and no replies.

Their displays are great and sell themselves. They have unique product I don't find at the box stores. The "inspiration station" is such a good idea, so I can set up my tile and match it up, step back and look at it to get a visual. A couple days ago, a staff member named Cindy, asked me if I needed help. I said no, I was fine. Then, by her observing what I was looking at, she said, "well let me know if you need help finding sealer or anything else. I assume you know you need to seal your marble before grouting. I'm happy to help you make decisions too, if you need help choosing and getting ideas." Hmmmm. What??? I DIDN'T know I needed to seal my marble before grouting. I was about to make a big mistake. So, I enlisted her help. She was a such a wealth of information. I have been a DIY'er for 20 years, and felt pretty confident in my abilities, but she told me things I didn't know. Granted, I have always worked with ceramic/porcelain tile, and am new to working with marble. How different can it, be, right? Wrong. She knew what country the marble tiles were from. "This tile is from Turkey. Just like the one you're looking at. It would match!" She knew what kind of grout I needed. Sealer. Edging metal pieces. She asked me what I was going to use on the corners. Where I was going to lay the tile. If my wet saw blade was sharp. She helped me choose grout color. Showed me samples. Trotted me all over the store, here to there, getting everything I needed. She even sprayed down the marble, showing me what it would look like after it was sealed, since it can darken. WOW. Someone, put this girl on commission! She deserves it. I spent an extra $100 because of her, and do not regret any of it. I now feel very confident in the look and longevity of my upcoming tile job I'm about to embark on. The sealer and grout have a very long warranty, and so this is work I will not have to redo anytime soon. YAY! I'm blown away. Customer service like this, these days, is very very hard to come by. I will be returning, and asking for Cindy. Thank you, Cindy. You are epic.

Upon our most recent visit we discovered they now offer quartz countertops and cabinet handles/pulls. We have visited all the local big box stores as we are remodeling our kitchen, but Floor & Decor not only has the best selection, but the best pricing as well. Throw in some incredibly knowledgable staff, and we are SOLD, once again. We continue to save time and money by shopping here. 100% once again.

The markup here is pretty crazy…read more I enjoyed the layout of the store and being able to see and feel the tile... but found the same tile at Lowe's that Tile Shop was charging 5x more for per square foot... Salespeople also felt a bit pushy to me. Good place to come get ideas, but I don't think I would trust their pricing or buy from here.
