It basically spun 360 degrees and finding the right balance of water temp challenging! Ray at Ferguson found a part but it was a long shot. Since our options were limited we went with Plan B. Ray suggested reversing the sleeve that goes over the stem it would help extend it. It worked great and appreciate Ray helping us solve this issue! Edan at Midwest Marble and Granite helped me select attractive elements like the sink, faucet, quartz material, and backsplash ceramic tile. Because of her experience as an interior decorator, I really valued her insights. On installation day, I was truly impressed by Jake, Carlos, and the team. They worked tirelessly to remove the old countertops and backsplash and to ensure the heavy new countertops were perfectly aligned and level. I had no idea how physically demanding this work could be. The next day, during backsplash installation, the same praise goes to Patrick, Frank, Eddie, and Austin. They spent hours bending over the counters, meticulously cutting, placing, and grouting ceramic tiles on four walls. That has to be backbreaking, especially for someone as tall as Frank!
