It basically spun 360 degrees and finding the right balance of water temp challenging! Ray at Ferguson found a part but it was a long shot. Since our options were limited we went with Plan B. Ray suggested reversing the sleeve that goes over the stem it would help extend it. It worked great and appreciate Ray helping us solve this issue! Edan at Midwest Marble and Granite helped me select attractive elements like the sink, faucet, quartz material, and backsplash ceramic tile. Because of her experience as an interior decorator, I really valued her insights. On installation day, I was truly impressed by Jake, Carlos, and the team. They worked tirelessly to remove the old countertops and backsplash and to ensure the heavy new countertops were perfectly aligned and level. I had no idea how physically demanding this work could be. The next day, during backsplash installation, the same praise goes to Patrick, Frank, Eddie, and Austin. They spent hours bending over the counters, meticulously cutting, placing, and grouting ceramic tiles on four walls. That has to be backbreaking, especially for someone as tall as Frank! I walked around looking at everything for over an hour. Not one person offered to help me or asked if I had any questions. I will not be ordering my appliances, plumbing fixtures, lighting, etc. from there. Really bizarre that they don't appreciate a customer.

They did not have on display what we needed to replace our current oven. The salesperson was helpful and pulled up online an oven that would have probably worked--to the tune of over $2300. Next was to have their person come to our house to pre-measure. They wanted me to pay the entire amount before the pre-measure was scheduled--which I refused since I wasn't going to pay for something if it wouldn't fit properly. Also, the oven I wanted was out-of-stock with Whirlpool and nobody had any idea of when one could expect delivery. If the measurements all worked out, I agreed to pay half upfront to get it ordered. Their associate showed up for the pre-measure on a Friday afternoon and after running some compilations, said he would have to get back with us that following Monday. We said that would be fine. That was the last I heard from anybody at Ferguson--neither from that guy or from the salesperson who originally emailed me a formal quote. Not even a courteous follow-up on the project. That's been over a week ago. I guess they don't need our business--I was wanting to buy local--but their customer service is terrible. I'm done with them and since I never heard back from them, went to NFM, spoke with the most knowledgeable salesman, found the perfect oven, and saved probably @ $800 in total. Delivery is already scheduled. The ratings on Yelp for this business were somewhat to be desired but I thought I'd give them the benefit of doubt. Now I know why and I'm adding my own one-star rating.

Travis and Cole were the project managers for our bathroom remodel and did a great job of keeping us informed about what was going to happen each day and who was going to be here on the job site. Great customer service. Anthony the owner of KC Bathroom Remodeling was always available if I had any questions or concerns. Anthony even came over on a Saturday morning to look at an issue I had with the tile. We worked with Amy the designer. She was great to work with. She helped us pick out tile, shower doors, fixtures, lights, and even paint colors. Amy had some great suggestions for us. The painting crew did an excellent job. KCBR even hired a cleaning lady to come clean my bathroom when the job was completed. I would strongly recommend KC Bathroom Remodeling. They were great to work with, very nice and clean. The crew was incredibly nice, respectful of our home and time, and, most importantly took the time and care to do the job right. The ceiling looks fantastic.
