Price was reasonable and saved us some money versus new tub new tile.

I don't know if we just got a bad worker or this is common for this company. Rather than sanding and smoothing the bottom of the tub, which was very rough, they somehow made the entire tub, edges, top, etc, now feel like sandpaper, with rough bubbles all over, and raised sharp areas in random spots. The exterior finish is now smeared and bubbled instead of a smooth finish. The worker also did zero cleanup, tracked wet white debris down our hardwood stairs, marring the finish, and even peed in the toilet and left it for us without flushing. Oh yes, and he used our nice towels to hold his tools. STunned at this terrible experience. So far I've called twice and emailed 3 times and no replies.

The first step was having one of Weber's technicians come to our home to do a free estimate. Our technician was very professional and thorough. There's a huge selection of any type of flooring you can imagine & they have a ton of options in stock so you can get your flooring installed ASAP which was awesome since Lowes told us there was a minimum 30 day installation wait. All prices were marked which made it easy to determine what was in our budget & what wasn't. They had a wide selection of carpets and pads which allowed us to make a thorough decision that we were happy with. Once we got everything picked out, Pat quickly tallied up the total cost for materials and installation and we chose a date that worked well for install. While they do contract their installation work to other companies, they only use a select few that meet their standards.
