    Island with new quartzite.

I had new quartzite installed in my kitchen. There were a few hiccups but Midwest bent over backwards to my satisfaction. This company stands behind their work and product. Their communication is amazing and very professional. My countertops are gorgeous! I would highly recommend Midwest Marble.

This is a pass thru area in my home. I love the way they did this.

Guys if your looking for a company to provide you with quality service and great customer service, this is the company to hire. Nick the owner is great to talk to and work with. I love the work they did and I always receive rave reviews on my granite top that this company installed. If you want a company you can trust and is very reliable , this is the company for you. I rarely do reviews, however, I couldn't go without letting them know how very satisfied I was and still am with the job they did. I would recommend them to anyone seeking to have this type of work done in their home. Call Nick for yourself and you will see what I'm talking about. He's very professional and knowledgeable about what he does. Thanks Nick for being the professional every homeowner looks for. God bless you with continued success

One excuse after another then when they did show up our waterfall island was so mix matched we have to build extended shelving in front of it because they won't fix it. Our kitchen 2 windows were installed the same level and they managed to install the back splash and sills at different levels they won't fix that either, we thought of filing a law suit but after going on case net and finding out what terrible people they are we are going on with our lives. Yes, we got a great deal on the countertop. They were having a clearance sale, so we bought a nice…read morecountertop, and it included installation. But that's where the good ended. After we scheduled installation, several things went wrong. 1. They called to postpone. 2. They broke one piece, so had to delay longer. 3. We tried and tried and tried to get an update, and they wouldn't return our calls. Finally got it rescheduled, and installation went fine. 4. It doesn't look like they applied sealer to the countertop. We've called at least 10 times to have them come look, but they won't return the calls. It's been a month. I don't care how cheap it is, do not go there. You're asking for frustration. Update: The manager finally replied to a text, and pretty much just told us to seal it ourselves. Changed from two stars to one.

We wish we had read reviews prior to hiring this company as we had a similar experience as others…read more After less than a year of installation, we received stains all over our outdoor granite despite the fact they professionally sealed it and we followed their directions on covering it for the winter. When we finally got someone to come out, instead of working to remove the stain, they put a sealer over the stain and said there was nothing more that they can do. We have attempted to work out a resolution with the company multiple times but to no avail. Several local granite companies said they sold us the wrong kind of granite for outdoors. There are many reputable granite companies in KC. This is NOT one of them. Take your time and look elsewhere.

Stay far away from Granite Center in Lenexa. We had the worst experience with them. The job was…read moredone very poorly. Cabinets were damaged, broken quartz was installed, and the overhang was inconsistent. We had a full height backsplash installed that was 1/4 inch too short and wood shims were put in the gap between the quartz and the upper cabinet with no caulk to cover them. Immediately after they left I contacted the office and the installer with pics of the job and asked how these things would be fixed. They came out and determined there was too big of a mess and there was nothing they could do to fix it. Needless to say we ended up taking them to small claims court. We won the judgement through mediation and the day they were to come and pick up the quartz and return our downpayment to us our lives were threatened. We recorded the whole incident. The police were called and we filed a report. We have since received our payment. I am writing this review to hopefully save others from having to deal with this company.
