I cannot recommend Jorge and his team enough. They were professional and did a fantastic job. Jorge was great at communicating when his team would be there or when he had to step out to get more supplies. When we had a concern he was quick to address it so we were satisfied with the results. They also did great at protecting our home from the dust and debris of the job and then did a thorough clean up when the project was done. I am a busy mom and was in and out of the home and felt totally comfortable with them there while I was gone - which is hard to find nowadays. We have a lot more projects coming up and you better believe we will be hiring Uprise Remodeling again. Our finished project looks amazing. Highly highly recommend.

Jorge and his team tackled a pantry, a full master bath, and a partial kitchen renovation ( rest of the kitchen is still in the planning stages.) I cannot begin to say what an amazing experience this was for us. We are more than satisfied with the work that they did. Jorge listened, gave advice, and walked us through some of the decision making. The work was timely, affordable (we had gotten other estimates), as clean as it could be given the work being done, and the guys were very respectful. More than that, we literally trusted these men to be in our home when we weren't. And that is huge! Their attention to detail and work ethic is a breath of fresh air. We look forward to the future work we will do in our home.

They removed all of our stucco, repaired wood rot, installed James Hardie siding, replaced 30 windows, installed a new back door, painted the front door and replaced two garage doors. The transformation is remarkable. We spent a lot of time researching contractors and met with multiple highly rated companies before choosing Fairway. Their professionalism immediately stood out. Scott's proposal was detailed, organized, and far more comprehensive than the others we received. His knowledge of proper James Hardie installation practices gave us confidence that we were making the right investment. Throughout construction, Nick did an outstanding job managing the project. Communication was excellent. He responded quickly whenever we had questions, sent videos showing the day's progress while we were at work, and always made sure we approved important details before moving forward. The installation crews deserve recognition as well. They were punctual every day, respectful of our home, incredibly hardworking, and meticulous about cleaning up before leaving each evening. It was clear they cared about quality craftsmanship, and it showed in every stage of the project. What impressed us most was how stress-free the entire process felt. On a project this large, we expected plenty of headaches. Instead, everything was organized, well communicated, and professionally managed from beginning to end. The final result is stunning. I honestly look forward to pulling into our driveway because the house looks that good. It exceeded even the vision we had before the project began. If you're considering James Hardie siding, replacement windows, doors, or a complete exterior renovation, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Fairway Exteriors. They delivered exceptional workmanship, outstanding communication, and a finished product that we'll enjoy for many years.
