We called Servro out to get 2 feet of water out of our crawl space. They spent 4 hours and cost me $800. The I called Delameter plumber to see if they could help. The owner came over and crawled through the wet crawl space and got the sump pump working, with this got rid of the water within 5 minutes!! Servpro cost me time and money and Delameter Plumber fixes the problem with being here no longer than 10 minutes tops!! Amazing My wife and I called them back and ask them to remodel our hall bath. As a homeowner, you will always want things to be perfect, but I believe this company and the owner believes they will not leave until it's perfect. They go above and beyond when they are here and they make sure all the plumbing works before they leave. The most important thing is they do it right the first time. I have never called them to come and fix a problem caused by them. I will definitely use them again and I recommend them on any plumbing or remodel. They are great!!

We hired Cabinet Reface to put new cabinet doors on our small yet lovely kitchen. If we would have…read moreknown of the battles we were to face, we would have found someone else! Our timeline was short and we needed great results in little time. We communicated this to Mike on several occasions. The initial consultation, planning, and quote was fantastic. We were so very excited to have the job completed. However, when the week came to install the new cabinets, tragedy struck. We called Mike on several occasions attempting to confirm the installation date. He was non-committal, passive, and refused to give us a final date. We finally decided to call and tell him we must have an install date from him. Rather than handing the situation properly, Mike's attitude turned on a dime. He became aggressive, inappropriate, and rude. He made excuses, blamed others, and outright lied to us. After multiple conversations begging him to give us an answer, he quit answering his telephone. He wouldn't return voicemails nor answer our calls. We resorted to calling on alternate phone numbers (from work, other cell phones, etc) just to get him to answer our calls. In his attempt to avoid us, he went as far as to hang up on us when we called asking for an answer. Despite our timeline being blown, Mike's rudeness / lying / imappropriate behavior, and an everlasting poor impression of Mike and Cabinet Reface... we had him finish the job. The installation went fine. Not to our surprise, he was more than happy to ask for his paycheck the second it was done. Ultimately, if he would have been honest with us the moment he knew it wasn't going to be done in time, we would not have cared. If he would have just been honest, it would have prevented so much pain. Bottom Line: FIND SOMEONE ELSE! Mike has no sense of customer service, manners, or caring. The product we received certainly was NOT worth what we experienced, knowing we could have received the same results from many other companies. FIND SOMEONE ELSE!!!!!!

This was a four day job and they arrived exactly on time each day and efficiently worked to accomplish what they needed to (then left for the day, so probably only in the house about 4 hrs/day) - two days of prep/ painting, a day to dry and final day to ensure everything looked great and reassemble the island. They were meticulous about ensuring anything around the painted area wouldn't be damaged (ie: counter tops, floors). They also took our cabinet to be paint matched so we didn't have to worry about it. The team was incredibly kind and so professional, would absolutely hire again!

Other two levels on top are 10' ceilings. It's tall, it's tough to paint. From the paint crew, there was virtually no paint prep beyond pressure washing the house before spraying with paint. The caulk around the windows has already failed three months later, nail holes are clearly visible, our metal roof is dented everywhere they stood and put ladders on it, our agreement that they would remove and replace all rotten wood amounted to the crew taking out one board and leaving enough shrapnel of that board on our roof to clog the gutter twice. They did take out another board when called back out. I think we need to completely repaint the house. Incredibly disappointed. We called them out I think three times to fix damage and re-caulk nail holes and still.... it just looks crappy. I should have turned back when I found out there was no contract to sign.
