I purchased several light fixtures from them, only to later find the exact same lights at Home Depot for one-third of the price. On top of that, about ten of the fixtures were missing a small bolt/nut that holds the shade in place. This makes changing a bulb extremely difficult. Only one fixture included the correct part, which is how I even realized the rest were missing. I searched every hardware store in town for this tiny 15-cent nut--no one carries it. When I contacted Wilson, they told me to reach out to Maxim, the manufacturer. Maxim then told me to contact Wilson because they were responsible for making it right. In the end, I was told I'd have to pay $10 per light fixture for each tiny nut--something that should cost pennies and should have been included in the first place. This is unacceptable customer service. After paying hundreds of dollars for fixtures, the least they could do is provide the missing parts. You would think a lighting store would carry basic hardware for the products they sell. Instead, for what they want to charge me for a few tiny nuts, I could buy several brand-new lights. Absolutely ridiculous. Would not recommend this place at all

I was told my appointment was his first stop on the scheduled day but he never showed up. I called after he was more than an hour late. Shortly after closing there was a break and we had to shut off the water to the system. We had them come back out to fix the issue they were supposed to have fixed for the former owners and within 3 months it broke again. There was no way we were going to have them come out again. They arrived on time and went about their work with good precision. They made adjustments as needed without any issues and still got the job done efficiently. The only issue encountered was a digital switch did not arrive before the installation. Being winter we were not going to use the fan right away anyway and Timothy came about two weeks later and quickly installed the new switch.
