Well we picked a light for our master bath, they said it was too big and to pick another. I picked another light that they approved and when it was going to be installed, it's too big. The first said they can't return it bc it is special order (even if it's in stock but over $500, then it's considered special order). So it can't be returned. Then they told me that they would allow an exchange but they will only give my 60 percent back. This is absolutely ridiculous.

I purchased several light fixtures from them, only to later find the exact same lights at Home Depot for one-third of the price. On top of that, about ten of the fixtures were missing a small bolt/nut that holds the shade in place. This makes changing a bulb extremely difficult. Only one fixture included the correct part, which is how I even realized the rest were missing. I searched every hardware store in town for this tiny 15-cent nut--no one carries it. When I contacted Wilson, they told me to reach out to Maxim, the manufacturer. Maxim then told me to contact Wilson because they were responsible for making it right. In the end, I was told I'd have to pay $10 per light fixture for each tiny nut--something that should cost pennies and should have been included in the first place. This is unacceptable customer service. After paying hundreds of dollars for fixtures, the least they could do is provide the missing parts. You would think a lighting store would carry basic hardware for the products they sell. Instead, for what they want to charge me for a few tiny nuts, I could buy several brand-new lights. I was looking for a locally owned business that actually sold bulbs, as sadly, the other local lighting stores don't, and the big box stores don't sell the good quality ones. Jessica was extremely helpful and friendly on the phone, and said that they had some available in a different lum/K than I was looking for, but could order them. We ended the call, and a few moments later I get this voice message. To which I thought, no thanks. "I was just speaking with one of the guys and we thought we would come out tomorrow and take a look at the situation anyway give you a quote maybe we can do better.
