I purchased several light fixtures from them, only to later find the exact same lights at Home Depot for one-third of the price. On top of that, about ten of the fixtures were missing a small bolt/nut that holds the shade in place. This makes changing a bulb extremely difficult. Only one fixture included the correct part, which is how I even realized the rest were missing. I searched every hardware store in town for this tiny 15-cent nut--no one carries it. When I contacted Wilson, they told me to reach out to Maxim, the manufacturer. Maxim then told me to contact Wilson because they were responsible for making it right. In the end, I was told I'd have to pay $10 per light fixture for each tiny nut--something that should cost pennies and should have been included in the first place. This is unacceptable customer service. After paying hundreds of dollars for fixtures, the least they could do is provide the missing parts. You would think a lighting store would carry basic hardware for the products they sell. Instead, for what they want to charge me for a few tiny nuts, I could buy several brand-new lights. The woman that answered the phone said she'd call the electrician and get back to me. Twenty minutes later she called and said "he dropped the ball". Yes, he certainly did. Well, a second one burned out at the beginning of this year (2023). I tried to go up once (it's near my home) and found out store was closed. She was condescending. First words were: "Well, they (bulbs) don't last forever"! I said that I knew this and what Barbie had said about life of bulb.
