Been trying to get an electrician out to install a light fixture replacing a florescent ceiling light in a drop ceiling. 2 never showed up or called. 1 came out and said the new light was too heavy to install and to get another one. Another said they would be there between 8am and 10am, he showed up at 11am but I had to go to work and had left. Called Device, explain to them and sent pictures. They said what day they could come out, they could be there between 9:30am and 10am they showed up on time meticulously insstalled my new light fixture and I couldn't be more happy with the results.
